Ordered shopping from a local shop stood outside and waited for the driver who did not drive by and did not stop. Order was cancelled and I am left with no food. Money gone out of my account but no food and no to buy anything. I will never use this service again

Absolutely 💯 spot on with groceries orders, way superior than the others eg. D.roo and J eat, who constantly never check orders! I've never had money taken from Uber eats and not get my full order unlike their competitors!

Chasity ran in Atlanta ran off with my order and Uber Eats told me they will not refund me. I don’t and will never trust them again

Absolutely shocking was 35 mins later than the maximum delivery time (1hour late total) then said delivered when it has not, never received the food, rang the customer "support " and that was even worse than not getting our food, the "advisor" SHAEKRGEEL was absolutely horrendous no help whatsoever kept shouting at me and threatening to put phone down as he said I was taking too long to find order number etc , then said he couldn't help and was putting phone down, tried to call straight back to speak to someone else and no reply, absolutely shocking no food , no refund the worst customer experience I have ever seen wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Worst service worst customer service, had my food delivered to a wrong address very far away from mine, after waiting for hours they didnt bring my food they decided to refund my money instead of bringing my order so l had to spend twice the money $120, while they refund my $60 and Restaurant had already close by time l reorder, they just didnt car to find a solution and hanged up on my chat twice being very rude. Worst customer service

They rarely deliver at the time they say they will, and they almost always cancel my orders. They seldom have drivers available for anything. Really shoddy service.

I use uber eats in Boston it is the worst app to ever be used. The delivery takes for ever and the delivery window is 3h. Of course the order won’t be considered late if the window is 3h.

Uber eats is a rip off. Their offer was to Add to your order for delivery and unfortunately, when I ordered at the liquor store, I Didn't realize that it was not on delivery. And so now they refused to give me my money back saying that they cannot give it back. The woman at the liquor store knows that my order was not picked up as I was on the phone with her. Her name is Salud at the party liquor store. Uber eats a rip off And definitely doesn't care about their customers. But satan has people working for him. Uber Eats is a rip-off. Their customer service is terrible. They don't listen to anybody. And they don't care to fix any problems for anyone I would give this negative stars if I could one is too much for them!

Pure lies. UE did not even assign a driver until 40 minutes after order. Total scam. Do not use. Criminal level fraud. Arrogant. Will never use again.

Warning, don't bother! How Uber can be associated with the worst delivery service is concerning! Ordered food for our whole team. Selected the $2.99 option for faster delivery just to receive in a reasonable time frame. Received confirmation and an expected delivery time of 2:35pm with the absolute latest time of 3:05. By 2:50pm I messaged the driver just to confirm he was actually the one that was going to be picking up the order. He confirmed and I thanked him. By 3:45 I see that the driver was changed and the time pushed yet again. I messaged the "help desk" that stated our driver was picking up order. At that point we sent an employee to the store to pick up order. The store confirmed they did not have our order at all. They went though all their orders for the last few hours and showed our employee the screen. I again reached out to the "help desk" who tried to say our order was being picked up again before we finally just requested a refund. They claimed they have yet to charge our card even though shows us it was indeed charged and the refund seems to be less than we were charged. Huge waste of time and the worst delivery service experience we have ever had.

Absolutely not recommend this company. They legally rob people. I ordered food through grocery Asda shop for £58.77.My address was incomplete as there was no house number. Still, the driver was posted to a street name with no house number 😂. Understandably, the driver could not find me and canceled my order. Uber eats WON'T REFUND YOUR MONEY. Totally scrap compan. One can understand that they charge for delivery and packing, but incredibly they charge for the entire purchase that was not delivered. Be careful about your money and avoid companies that legally rob people. Jana Flautnerova

They never refunded me for food I ordered and never received. The delivery driver attempted to deliver me the wrong order and I told him that's not me and he said he didn't have my order then and left. Then i told customer service and they said we can't do anything about it cause the delivery guy said it was delivered even though it was never delivered.

Ordered from Uber Eats on Nov. 10, 2023--meal delivered to a sick friend. I am 74 yrs. old and needed help with the technology, but was successful. Then, received a promotional offer of $20.00 to use on an order, with the expiration date of Nov. 29, 2023. Tried twice to place an order with the help of customer support. The agent asked me to send her a photo of the promotional which my phone would not do. She said I was confusing her and hung up! Never again! I am a retired teacher. My grade for Uber Eats is an F.

Complete scam artists. Wrong items were delivered, sent photos and proof, they refuse to even credit a portion. Canned answers they can't do anything. How are these guys not being investigated?

Horrible service, scamming company and drivers! The driver pretended to not to hear me over the phone, went to a completely different street and neighbourhood then completed with a charge. Uber eats, scammers as they are, won’t refund the grocery shopping! I will never order with them again and I will tell anyone I can to stir clear of this fraudulent company!

UberEATS STOLE MY MONEY!!! I even put a picture of my home as my profile picture yet some driver’s still deliver my order elsewhere either a neighbor or wherever. Its not a simple walk over its a search and drive in the dark. Everytime I reported a missing item or the meal is missing. Ive been offered a refund for the item or meal. Each time its not my fault. My house is more visible from the road than others due to trees so just driver not paying attention. After numerous contact attempts Uber has told me Im not getting a refund and They’ll work on it or I gotta do better in the future! REALLY!? Ive spent my last dime and Im calling my bank! Use Doordash instead my husband and nextdoor neighbor said they are much better.

This is 2nd time different card fraud committed when ordering uber eats Uber TRIP charging over $40 Also charging twice for food delivery NEVER USING UBER EATS AGAIN NOT SUCURE TO USE
