they owe me 50 dollars for a CANCELLED ORDER. I was charged and they won’t give me may money back. assholes.

This app is HORRIBLE!! Nothing but problems with Uber eats which is in this app as well if you have both. I have Uber One and honestly I’ve been fighting with them since day one but today 11/23/23 they take forever to deliver me some bad food and when I ask for my money back they took more money out of my account. I know it sounds like I’m making this up but I’m not. This app is bad! They play with your money. And when you call they will only give you credit on Uber they won’t refund you. Go with DoorDash or Grubhub also for rides Lyft is cheaper!!!

Terrible service and a rip off DO NOT SPEND WITH THEM!!!! If you do it’s your own fault!!!! You’ve been warned‼️ $42.00 gone down the drain just like that!!!!!

Uber Eats has a nasty way of stealing your money and then saying oh well. Even though I’m a Uber one member it means nothing. Prices still high and no real perks. I e not gotten my food at all twice and both times all they can say is sorry. Not paying another moths Uber ones subscription.

I ordered from five guys last week. A 90.17 was sent thru then after food 77.79 then 10 mins later 12.43 was sent thru. They tried to tell me a hold for 90.17 was done by my financial institution I contacted bank no such hold was done by my bank. Was done by Uber eats and as of today Tuesday still not back in my acct. My bank wanted to know if I wanted to stop payment on all 3. I didn't today but I will tomorrow if money is not put back on my acct.

I was putting a order together for Friday dinner and ordered by mistake. I canceled the order right away. The app said it was canceled. I was looking at my bank account and noticed they charged me for the order and charged me a cancelation fee as well. Uber refuses to do anything about it. I will never..... use Uber again.

The way they display the map with a rectangle on top, it is impossible to see where the driver is. If I accidentally close the map, there is no way to reopen. They send me emails about discounts, but on this order I got a discount of less than one dollar

They have a refund policy that refuses to refund missing items and entire undelivered orders if you've requested a lot of refunds and they don't take in consideration how often you order. More orders more chances of mistakes. Sometimes they even double charge and won't pay back. It's like a legal fraud business that is allowed to steal from people. I don't recommend at all.

We ordered breakfast in the morning and didn’t receive our food until lunchtime. Our food was cold and soggy. While waiting on our food.. the driver took another delivery which took another 45 minutes extra of our wait time. I was not able to cancel since she picked up our food first. So, we had to wait an hour and 45 minutes to receive our less the desirable cold soggy food. Customer Service blamed it on the driver and said there is nothing they can do about it. She said we should of pairs for priority if we wanted our food before the driver took on other orders after mine. So, I pay $40 for food + service fees & tip.. but am expected to pay extra money if I want my food quality to be eatable and hot?

Uber eats is a fraud company that will steal your money. I placed the order for a case of water and Gingerale. Neither one of my items arrived at my door and Uber eats would not refund my money. they stated that I had reached my refund limit. Which anytime that I got a refund from Uber was due to their negligence one time I had roaches in my food from a customers car and they were trying to get into my drink I took a picture sent it to Uber and they gave me a full refund. Other instances I did not receive a item in my purchase, so they had no choice, but to refund it now they will be stealing from me if they do not refund my money I am going to give them 24 hours to place a refund for my two items $12.28. If I do not receive a refund then I will contact my bank for fraud.

I've been dealing with Uber Eats for at least 2 years, I ordered something from Lukenswine and never received anything, (Miller Lite) if I did the driver would of carded me and made me sign something which he DID NOT. For 2 years I have been fighting this order, everytime I order food from Uber Eats they try and fool me and add this item on my credit card which is $30.43. If I owe any money I PAY my bills, I'm 55 years old have a 840 credit score, paid off 3 homes, 2 cars so my would I bust balls over $30.43 because it's the POINT.

I order Uber grocery with a substitution They did not give me either and driver did not communicate with me It was incredibly frustrating trying to get help ~ didn’t get any , spent $25 on something I can’t eat , horrible service

I was visiting Arlington Virginia for a conference and decided to order food from Kohinoor with Uber Eats. Even though the restaurant was very close to my hotel, the driver took a long time and delivered to a wrong hotel. When I called Uber Eats they had a horrible customer service and didn't want to help me. I called the restaurant and they personally delivered me the food without any extra charge. It obviously cost them extra for food and I truly appreciated their customer service. I tried to contact Uber Eats again next day to get the restaurant reimbursed for the extra food. They refused to take responsibility for it. Totally awful. Will never use Uber again.

I was watching the map with the driver delivering (8 mins away), he then seemed to be going the wrong way (became 12 mins), then went back to the outlet (still 12 mins), then suddenly Uber Eats cancel the order and have refused to refund me. Absolute theives. STAY AWAY, unless you are OK losing your money.

This has happened to my four times so far, its like every other grocery order the driver is in contact with me, but something is fishy, every time it has been a canceled order half my stuff gets checked off before they even get to the grocery store? and they usually speed through the shop and never contact me for any reason then cancel when its check out time. And of course uber easts is the absolute worst company for service ever, they have literately stolen from me and said to bad suck it up. it was only 30 bucks but after an hour on the phone to be told to bad....just horrible. Im pretty sure this scummy drivers are seeing no auto tip as i only tip if the shopper does there job. So they are just pretending to shop to get paid and waiting for a different order to pop up. there prob eating dinner or something total scum bags all of them, if uber wasent so cheap i would just stop using them but they have the market sort of cornered. i was just told that i should tip more up front or no one will take my order seriously..... im sticking with instacart its alittle more but way more stores and professionalisim.

My food never arrived, the driver never called, went outside to look for my food, no food left, refused to refund me the money saying he was waiting or something have no idea where or didn’t bother to call, deliver my food to the door, looking for him, disgusting service and refund given
