“This was my first time using uber eats. Guess what? I did not get my find delivery. Noonecalled to say that it had been delivered to the wrong address. When I called them after waiting longer than time said, the customer device rep said I could get a refund in 3-5 days. Well you got my money immediately and I still don't have food or my money back. Never will use this wevice again. Too much money, too much nonchalantness about me not getting my food”

“I live in Dallas. Placed an order via Uber Eats on 4th Nov. The driver brought the wrong order. She then took off with the wrong order she brought, but never came back with the right order! The delivery prior to this one a few days earlier, the driver left the food on the ground by the front door, including the drinking straw. Not the most hygienic way to deliver food... but I let that one go. Uber Eats... NO MORE”

“Hope they screwed. I booked an order at Walmart and in the morning the driver cancelled the order. I believed the payment did not go through. After 48 hours, I realized it did go through and they told me they couldn't get a refund because after 48 hours, they couldn't. I did not receive my order, and I could not get the money back. IT IS JUST A FRAUD. That means if driver cancel the order, I have to cancel the order too?? What the fUk”

“Cancelled our order for a birthday party while the party was in full swing. Cue 15 disappointed children, one ruined party and a wasted afternoon trying to get our money back, which they're not keen on giving us. Absurdly bad service. Never again.”

“I was charged for an order that never arrived. After contacting them, they refunded my order but NOT THE TIP. I was charged a tip and never received my order. I contacted them AGAIN and was told someone would get back to me... it's been days. So NO MORE. I deleted the app and they will lose hundreds of dollars a week from me alone. You literally ROBBED me!”

“Uber Eats is the WORST ever!!!!!! They steal your money! Do not deliver on time. Do not refund money for items that were not delivered! Customer service is disgusting! Uber Eats is the most disgusting company to ever use! DO NOT ever use this service! Go to door dash or grub hub! They actually have great customer service and do right by their customers! “Uber eats is the absolute worst. They used to have amazing customer service and actually tend to issues. Most of the service agents either don’t care or have zero clue what they are talking about. Will be switching to Skip the dishes or door dash - anything but Uber Eats.”

“Very poor customer service. Not the first time I've had bad customer support. Even though I have provided evidence of a wrong order been sent, I'm still being refused a refund and now customer support are ignoring my messages. I have paid for goods that I have not received. I have been with uber one for a long time and this is how they treat valued custom”

“I cancelled my account after my delivery person brought me an expired chocolate milk that was just clunks when I poured it out. Uber Eats doesn't believe in giving refunds for these kinds of situations. Door Dash is by far the better delivery service! They instantly credit you your money back without the hassle.”

“Uber eats mcdonald's Wolviston Rd billingham took nearly a hour to arrive stone cold items missing this is not the first time items have been missing when contacting McDonald’s they say its ubers fault its not uber that make the order up its mcdonald's and uber over charge for delivery this is the last time I order via uber you are con men and robbers”

“They don't care if your food arrives late or cold. They just come up with some excuse. Waiting an hour for a food delivery is ridiculous. Food that would cost 50 $ ended up costing me 70$ and then ended up throwing half of it away.”
