Very poor customer service. Not the first time I've had bad customer support. Even though I have provided evidence of a wrong order been sent, I'm still being refused a refund and now customer support are ignoring my messages. I have paid for goods that I have not received. I have been with uber one for a long time and this is how they treat valued custom

I cancelled my account after my delivery person brought me an expired chocolate milk that was just clunks when I poured it out. Uber Eats doesn't believe in giving refunds for these kinds of situations. Door Dash is by far the better delivery service! They instantly credit you your money back without the hassle.

Uber eats mcdonald's Wolviston Rd billingham took nearly a hour to arrive stone cold items missing this is not the first time items have been missing when contacting McDonald’s they say its ubers fault its not uber that make the order up its mcdonald's and uber over charge for delivery this is the last time I order via uber you are con men and robbers

They don't care if your food arrives late or cold. They just come up with some excuse. Waiting an hour for a food delivery is ridiculous. Food that would cost 50 $ ended up costing me 70$ and then ended up throwing half of it away.

I'M DONE WITH UBER EATS FOR GOOD THIS TIME! I am a LOYAL uber eats customer (actually WAS after this) I have had trouble with them a lot this week but gave another chance. Today was the last straw. I ordered from co-op through card. My phone glitched which is out of my control so while waiting for my order I never heard anyone know on the door or ring the bell. but when my phone was finally back on I got the message my order was cancelled and the money will not be refunded. I have to suffer and be robbed by uber eats because your delivery person is INCOMPETENT??? My phone rebooted on it's own so I have to be ROBBED AND PUNISHED for these things??? AFTER ALL THE YEARS OF LOYALTY TO UBER EATS...Just one mishap out of my control and I'M TREATED LIKE THIS. Wow..Other members of my family say that Deliveroo is not perfect but so much less stress than uber eats and ACTUALLY wonder why I still use uber eats. IT'S ABOUT TIME I DELETE UBER EATS APP AND GO TO A LESS STRESSFUL COMPETITOR THAT APPRECIATES THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS.

Terrible company waited over an hour for my food and they cancelled it so I was left at work with no food. Previously I got food poisoning from them. They are trash don't take care of their customers and don't care

Ordered food from restaurant 5 minutes away from me and didn’t get it after 1h waiting so choose to cancel and still get charged for food and delivery. the worst customer service ever.

UberEats has repeatedly ripped me off. I have been charged multiple times for missing or wrong items- and tried to get help. The response is always the same- "This order is not eligible for a refund." I have even asked that they just refund the money for the missing item- and it's always "no ". After my experience tonight - where I was brought two completely way off base wrong items and charged for them - I am completely done with them. They are rip off artists and crooks - beyond a shadow of a doubt. Steer clear!

They're good at calling you fraudulent if you cancel orders which you have a right to do but they rip off their drivers with orders and they get rich off the backs of the drivers they're very unprofessional and they're crooks

Don’t want to issue a refund because I have had refunds in the past for either missing items, receiving other people’s orders, and for poor inedible grocery items, not fit for purpose!

DO NOT USE UBER EATS FOR GROCERIES! They LITERALLY never get your order right, then refuse to fix their error of missing or wrong items. It also takes days of chasing them, with not response, then finally a ridiculous holding response or them supposedly looking into it, then finally they get tired of the chasing presumably and reply that they won’t refund, replace or exchange the items. It’s total joke. I’ve tried them a couple of times for groceries, giving them the benefit of the doubt but this is a constant thing with them. They literally do not care what they deliver to you!

If I could give zero stars I would. I never recieved my food and because the driver picked it up I had to pay for it and they got free food which is ridiculous because they are not held accountable at all! Just sad!!!

1 of the dishes were missing from my order - When I disputed this with Uber Eats they said "After reviewing your case, we have determined that your order is not currently eligible for a refund." $21 down the drain for something the restaurant 'Take it, Cheesy' Wellington didn't to send me.

On 3 cancelled orders which shows on my order history they charged me the next day, which I didn't find out until a week later when I went to my bank. And when I let them know they said ."We're sorry but you didn't let us know in 48 hours," which I didn't know till I went yo the bank it's obvious that the orders were cancelled and they refused to return the 84 dollars .My bank will dispute it.

Couldn't cancel Uber one online, appalling automated system. No longer an Uber user. Your paying to much for less. Takeaways are increasing prices online, cheaper to get a taxi to takeaways

Automated, poor system, implementing a pattern of theft. Continuous drivers pretend they have delivered food but the company does not refund it if you don't receive the order. Absolute scam and should not be legally operating in the UK. NO REFUND was offered.

Charged 45 for an order that initially didn't go through...canceled to reorder and 💥 charged the entire order not a minute later tried to just retrieve the order impossibe..it wasn't even started......I was a very loyal customer..always tipped well..and left great reviews.....very unfair.........

Wouldn't even give them one star. Food ordered and delivered cold, not restraints fault took driver over 30 minutes to deliver order that was less than 3 miles distance. Refused to give refund after saying it would be refunded. Ignore all communication. Customers lost. Absolute sh*t company

Never use this service, I redeemed a $100 gift card and minutes later my account was banned for "fraudulent activity" or something. Support refuses to reinstate my account. App is a huge scam.
