“Issues with orders almost all the time. It could be okay if the compensation was good, which could be the case a few months ago, but lately, it is not. They just give you a ridiculous credit (you’ll have to order again to use it) compared to the number of items Messi’s up and missing. That is stealing! From now on, I’ll use other options for my deliveries. Never again Uber eats nor Uber.”

“Terrible experience with driver picking up my order and then had my sushi in his car while he drove 40 minutes the opposite direction of where I lived and when I called him he said he was running a personal errand. I complained and Ubereats support was NOT helpful.”

“Daylight robbery!! Not only every single item was overcharged, they showed one total amount to pay at the time, but later I found that they have charged my card 25% more (by not honouring a promotion that showed when I ordered. On top of that they also had the cheek to add another £6.50 for various excuses. So, they charged my card over £40 for what would have cost half that in store. What a joke!!”

“Little Uber Eats review for all my friends and family. If you enjoy being called a liar and have your money taken without anything to show for it and be given no opportunity to raise a complaint. Then these are for you! Absolutely shocking customer service. Refnu and her manager Aamir are in serious need of customer service training. After my food failed to arrive and being marked as delivered I asked for confirmation to be told ‘the driver waited at drop off point and attempted to call so no refund is possible’. I explained I am sat by the glass front door with a clear view of road and have cctv to prove no person has attended the property and even if that was true which it is not why is it marked as delivered and not returned to restaurant etc. They both then repeated that I must be lying as their driver said they attended. Refused to give me a complaints email address or procedure and just referred me to the help page that said to call them.”

“Worst service ever, being charged for items that weren't delivered and when I've raised the issue they refunded £2.99 out of £15 . Will never use the service again, very dissapointing to treat loyal customers like this pretending that you don't understand that a whole item is missing not just the "extra bit "”

“You took $47.74 from my account after it was placed back on. I feel you stole my money, and I will report you to the attorney general’s office and Better Business Bureau. I didn’t receive that order. How do you take someone’s money from their account after putting it back in. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! Dave thief thief THIEVES!!!”

“Just used Uber Eats to get food for my 3 kids and family. The restaurant Hayati Mediterranean Cuisine in Miami florida. I questioned the driver if the order was correct and he insisted it all fit in a stapled bag. Only a third of the order was there. The restaurants number isn't valid and after 33 minutes with Uber Eats customer service I was offered a partial refund. Biggest scam of the century.”

“I WAS IN A BAD CAR ACCIDENT AND BEEN SORE, SO I DECIDED TO USE UBER FOR GROCERIES, I WILL NEVA DO THAT AGAIN EVER!!! BETWEEN THEM NOT GETTING ALL MY ITEMS, GETTING THE WRONG ITEMS, REPLACING ITEMS WHEN I SAID DONT REPLACE. NOW I HAVE TO TRY TO GET TO THE STORE TO GET WHAT I NEED TO COOK FOR MY KIDS. “Dishonest drivers. Poor service usually always spilt drinks or wet food. Most of all claiming to have delivered on the mac ds app but dont actually do it. Really poor service. Will not be using uber again. Will discourage others in using uber. Keep up the bad work uber.”
