THIS COMPANY IS SHOCKING AND GIVES ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE “ I had Non delivery of food from this company, so I contacted the delivery driver who had his phone on voice Mail, and left 4messages, saying I’ve not got my delivery, the driver then blocked my telephone number, so I was unable to call him again So I called Uber eats, who told me the delivery driver waited 7mins outside my house) and tried to call me (THIS IS LIES NO CALL) and they said they could not give a refund because I was not in (LIES) So refused to refund me. So I lost my money 70 pounds and the driver ended up with the food for free ?????? now saying the supermarket doesn’t accept returns, it makes you wonder why the driver is so keen to say no one was home so they can get the food for free, because the supermarket won’t accept food back because of non delivery This company won’t say what happens to the food (that supposedly was undeliverable ? But I think the drivers end up with the food!!!!!!!!!!! Which makes you wonder??????? no contact delivery" so no waiting would be needed. Now they ignore every message I send. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Basically calling customers

Customer service agents are the rudest people to deal with!! Even the manager was rude!! Their attitudes were shocking! I placed an order and when it arrived it was stone cold! To the point the burger is rock solid! It's the last time I use Uber eats!! I don't see the point of uploading pics you can't see cold or rock solid in a picture

LETS START BOYCOTTING UBEREATS. ORDER MULTIPLE TIMES OVER WEEKEND AS WEATHER WAS GARBAGE AND COULDNT BE BOTHERED LEAVING HOUSE. THEY CANCELLED TWO ORDERS AND HAVE YET TO RETURN MONEY TO ME. IT HAS BEEN 8 DAYS NOW AND I KEEP GETTING FOBBED OF AND IGNORED. IM SO SICK OF THESE COMPANIES THINKING THEY CAN RIP YOU OFF OVER AND OVER AND JUST GET AWAY WITH IT. IVE SPENT ALOT WITH THI SCOMPANY AND WILL CEASE USING THEM FOR ANYTHING IN FUTURE.

I went to cancel my Ubereats subscription because I did not use it enough to justify the cost, but there is no link to cancel. I chatted with the app and they told me they would cancel it. The next month I was charged again and once again the chat person said they would cancel it. I stated that I didn’t trust that they would and I asked for a link. It never gave me one. I asked for a refund, and it refused to do that too. Uberone provides instruction to go to the cancellation link; however when you go to the link, there is no where to cancel. This is fraud. All of the instructions provided on the Internet says the same thing, yet one of them are correct. I believe ubereats intentionally do not have a way to cancel so that they can continue to charge people. This is fraud and they never gave me my refund.

I canceled my order online but it didn't cancel with uber eats... because I chose the wrong payment method. Call centre was not helpful at all.... pathetic service pa I will never use your services again!!!

As someone who travels about 18 days per month, I need to order food delivery to my hotel room. I made an order somewhere in Texas. When the driver showed up it was obvious he didn't have the drink . When I questioned him about the whereabouts, he said there was not a drink on the order. I showed him the receipt and he then acknowledged the error. Knowing that if he pushed that button saying it was delivered, I was not going to get a refund for the drink, I asked him to wait as I called customer service. No one answered. After 8 minutes, I told him to just go and I'll figure it out. I immediately notified UE that an item was missing. They immediately replied by saying I wasn't eligible to refund. I ordered a drink, and it didn't come... how is that not eligible!!?? I appealed and was again instantly shot down. While I know UE will not go under without my business, there are alternatives out there. So I deleted not only my UE account, but my Uber ride account as well. So now they are missing out on profits from my food orders, and profits from my rides to and from the airports, and all over $1.60. I now use the alternatives exclusively. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU USE THE ALTERNATIVES, TOO!!

I had been ordering from UberEats for a few months (previously used SkiptheDishes for years). Everything was good until one day I am missing items I paoid for in my order. When I contacted them within 5 min of it being delivered I was told I would get a credit in "Uber Cash". It's a week later with no credit added to my account. I have reached out to them multiple times but keep being told I should have contacted them within 48 hours. After explaining over and over again that I did, Customer Service continues to tell me it's my fault. Will NOT being using this service ever again. I suggest you don't unless you wanna risk losing money...

First time using Mcdelivery app and food arrived spoiled from a drinks spillage and order had missing items. I contacted Mcdonalds which had a 2 day email response to find the information that I have to contact UBER from which I am over the 48hr window to receive a refund. I will not be using this app of Mcdelivery using UBER eats again and I would advise using this app until there is a better policy for refunds.

Uber charged me for their cancellation! I was alerted to the order exceeding stated delivery time and got in touch to check policy for this. I was tracking the driver who was taking odd routes and adding several minutes to the delivery time. Chat box sent multiple messages stating order is being checked, have an estimate and then said the order was cancelled. I have chat messages to prove this and have given this to customer services. Then a human assistant joined. I asked why it was cancelled and they said they would transfer me to a department that could help and then just cut me off. This was our family birthday meal that was cancelled by Uber not by us. In none of my did I request this or select the option. I had to place the order a second time and was left hugely out of pocket. I have been chasing the refund since and answers to questions with no customer service rep responding and when they do it’s deliberately unhelpful. Who would cancel an order knowing they would be charged for it, especially when it was 10mins away, and then place the order again? Awful service and will never be using ANY uber “services” again.

I ordered groceries on Uber eats because I have a broken arm and it is hard to shop on my own. The under eats driver took all my groceries out of the bag and left it on my WET porch FLOOR and then STOLE THE BAGS. (They were the blue Walmart bags) and I got it all on video. I went to complain on the app and they ENDED the chat on me without helping hey just said “rate the driver” and did not provide ANY help. I can’t find anywhere to leave a complaint and I had to carry my groceries in my house one by one because of my broken arm, my groceries were all gross and wet.

Horrible customer service. I had a driver who refused to come at the main entrance of my building and call the bell, he texted me in the app that he has arrived and demanded me to come out and get the food. When is I told me I couldn’t come out he left and took the food with him. That’s not the main problem though, the problem is the horrible customer service which is also hard to reach. I texted them the situation and they said that the driver was waiting already 7 minutes. Then I asked them why he didn’t follow the instructions already setup as a previous driver. They told me a million times he couldn’t reach me and I explained to them a million times he did through the app and I did reply. I told him I asked home to the building entrance and he declined and they continued telling me my order is not eligible for refund because he was waiting 7 minutes. Like no solid reasoning and resonate to the actual facts whatsoever. I ended up being more kissed odd for the customer experience rather than the driver. They could have just justified the driver, he would have even been in a bad day, cool, what do you do though as a customer service? You respond like an intelligent human at least according to what the customer reports and resolve the issue in a way instead of repeating a script gaslighting the customer because you didn’t bother to read what was reported. Like never again. App deleted. I won’t be hungry because of that Uber. At the end of the day, you are not essential service.

Wrong food was delivered, not able to speak to anyone and receive correct items, instead needed to fill out a form and will hear back in 48 hours. Therefore we ended up with no tea for the night as unwilling to spend more money trying to receive the correct order. 3 times Uber eats has delivered the wrong food when I have used the company, only used Uber this time as received a voucher from a friend. Would never use again. Would advise others to avoid!

Absolute disgusting company they would be needing shut down, over an hours delivery, 3 times they where searching for drivers as they kept cancelling pick up! Food arrived stone cold wasn't eatable it was also soggy, milkshakes were melted it was just pure liquid and the fries were missing from the order. Was on hold 25 minutes waiting on someone to talk to, was told they would refund for the missing items judging by these comments we probably won't receive it. No apology or offer of fresh food being sent Absolutely disappointing service and I most definitely won't be using them again!!

This is easily the worst app to use when you need your food to get to you in time and they’re quite consistent at it. Food basically stays ready at the restaurant waiting on driver which can run into hours. App would appear to show a driver is assigned whereas that’s just a placeholder and the actual driver who’ll get the food (whoever that is) has not been assigned or engaged yet. The only decent thing about the app is easy navigation but for actual efficiency of delivery, the worst. What’s even worse is you call customer care and they can’t offer you any support besides telling you to keep waiting. Oh like I haven’t been doing that already before calling? I do not recommend, I’ll be switching to other deliver services asap

What the heck! I am home with covid and two hours after ordering dinner to be delivered, it is cancelled by ubereats! For the last hour, the app showed that the driver was 10 minutes away. The restaurant is only 10-15 minutes from my house. This is insane!

I place an order on the mcdonalds app on the 9th of September 2023, put on location and the right number and Street came up but for some reason a completely different city can up wich was Brixton which wasnt where I'm based am on the other side of the country which was Failsworth in Manchester. when I noticed 1 second after placing the order I tried cancelling the order in which for some reason i couldnt, I tried contacting the restaurant directly they couldn't do anything, mcdonalds services they couldn't do anything and ubereats where apparently they couldn't do anything it has really put me off ordering from the app now and ordering from ubereats aswell as i spent 38.7 and had no way to cancel the order literally straight after. I saved up all week so me and my family could have a treat. Unfortunately i had no more money to place the order again. As you can imagine my two daughters 7years, 3 year and my niece 3years old where very upset. I have no idea how this happened as it should of gone of my location i find this very annoying as it was literally 1second after I ordered this needs to be addressed and a easier was to cancel the order. To me this has been stolen as I never received my order!!!!

Didn't get my order and customer service refused a credit or refund. This is fraud and theft ! My bank is handling it.
