UberEats Rider told me to go f@*% myself My neighbour in the road opposite me ordered from Uber eats. However, the delivery driver got the wrong address. This has been happening more regularly over the past two weeks and when I answered the door I asked them what address they were looking for. They told me, and I said they had the wrong address and closed the door. The young man delivering apologised. However, the guy in the car shouted to me and told me I was very rude. I opened the door and told him I wasn’t being rude. I was just stating that they had the wrong address and shouted at me that it’s not his problem and I said it was his problem because he read the wrong address to which he drove off shouting “ go f@%# yourself you thick b#%*^”. This was all captured on my ring camera. I was not rude I was not verbally abusive and yet I got spoken to in a very unwelcome manner. If I spoke to one of my customers in my organisation like that I would be fired immediately. I will no longer be a customer UberEATS.

I placed an order in advance (9:03 a.m.) for a restaurant because I knew it would be busy. The restaurant has a special of buy one get one free. I also ordered a child's meal(which was cold) so a total of 3 items in the cart. The order was supposed to arrive by 4:05pm, but it arrived at 4:40p.m. (the restaurant is 10min away by vehicle) So by the time it arrived there was only one plate of food and the child's plate of food. So I was left without a meal that I paid for. Called the restaurant to ask about it and was told to contact ubereats, because there seemed to be a glitch in the system. When I did I was told that my order didn't qualify for a refund.(this is with photos of the ad and my receipt on the bag). If they looked at my previous order history they would have seen i've ordered the same dinners on numerous occasions with that advertisement of buy one get one. So it seems you should take a screen shot of every aspects of your order from start to finish otherwise if there is an error nothing can be done. A better system needs to be put in place.

They only deliver when it’s convenient. Why say that delivery is available when, in fact, it’s not??? After several hours and two cancellations due to “driver issues” we gave up trying to get a meal delivered. I guess no drivers wanted to drive the distance but why list it in the first place???? They stink.

We ordered our food over an hour AFTER the driver picked it up! Still waiting. I could have picked up the food myself, eaten it, and pooped it out by the time he gets here!

If you have any issue with your order you will not get a refund or price adjustment. Choose another app to use. Do not use Uber Eats

This app is horrendous we got scammed out of our money we waited for 2 hours and we didn't receive our food actually the driver didn't even move from his place his name is gayan if you get in uber eats with him cancel it I hope uber will fire and take the appropriate action The name is Gayan

It was my first time using Uber Eats and I will say it is my last time. I am going to be doing door dash from now on. I had submitted an order and realized as soon as I clicked submit the address was wrong. I immediately hit cancel order. On the app it says my order was canceled. Over 1 hour goes by and I finally received my order. I was charged for the canceled order & it was delivered to my house. I contacted customer service and they said there was nothing they can do. I was charged $80 for two people to eat a mediocre meal. I will never use this app again!

my order came with the soup dripping. i thought it was just a little drip and put the bag in the sink and oepend the soup (I was really hungrey) there was no liquid left in it. the spring rolls and sushi roll were soaking in soup. by the time i opened all of that i had a drippy mess on the table. ubereats website makes it as hard as posible to complain. i went through the maze and finally typed the problem. they asked me to upload a picture. Soggy eggrols do not show up in a picture. i took a few picture of the drippy mess. it only allowed one. i picked the one i thought showed it best and tried to upload it. i got the same page again. i called the restaurant to get their number. I called uber eats and finally got customer service who smiled and bullshgat me untill she said she can do nothing with no picture. I ordered dinner bcs i'm recupersting from surgery and was exhausted. I ended up with no dinner, out 45 dollars, and spending time cleaning drippy soup all over the table. Ubereats sucks.

My bill last night was 65, but final charge was over $20 higher No way I know to correct so I will just no longer use the service

Food never arrived, on many occasions drivers steal the food and I get left dealing with it, no CS no phone number no one to talk to. Absolute rubbish.

Awful company to work for I was verbally harassed by a customer and I reported it to Uber and they are calling me a liar and I put in the complaint via message and they have refused to respond then spent over a hr on the phone with the customer service representative and was hung up on over 3 times if you work for Uber you know how they treat their employees

Got my order completely wrong, missed items that should’ve been included and then informed me nothing could be done to amend situation and I did not qualify for any refund and no option to discuss this further. Would avoid at all costs.

Food was overpriced to begin with A buy 1 get 1 free deal. Which I only ordered bc a nonalcoholic beverage was added which made it a better deal. They did not send the drinks . When I called the BBQs on Bklyn they claimed they sent it with the driver. Threw him under the bus. Offered me $5 for two missing drinks. What?? Always errors. Recently, my food was delivered to the wrong address . I'm tired of their drama..
