Absolutely sucks. No customer service phone number for ordering customers. Tried to order from wing stop 5 times. Asked me to pick 20 sauce's for the boneless wing bundle. Would only allow me to pick 16 and won't process my order.

I made an order and canceled it quickly after I submitted it. I then resubmitted the same order, but with added items. I was charged for the canceled order. The customer service chat is awful. They kept sending scripted responses that my order did not qualify for a refund because the restaurant had already started making the order. I don't have an issue with paying for the second order, which we received. I do, however, take issue with being charged for items I did not receive. I do not hold this against the driver or the restaurant. The driver was efficient and the food was good.

Had an issue with my order, customer service doesn't exist. I live in apartment complex, apparently because it says it was delivered my pin, no further follow up is required. I can't follow up after the fact because they consider it resolved. Ridiculous. Have emailed support, which doesn't look it's designed for this type of enquiry. So far no response. Delete the app. Use anyone else.

I have been an Uberone subscriber for a couple of years. The discounts are ok, nothing to really brag about so I’ve been continuing my membership only because of convenience. Today, unfortunately I had a terrible experience when I placed an order from Dominoes pizza because of the discount. The order came up to $30 bucks. As I was placing the order I realized that I had it going to my address instead of my mothers while it was processing so I immediately looked for an option to edit the address but it wasn’t there so I immediately canceled the order. I was charged the whole amount and even though I explained my reason through chat they were completely rude and unprofessional with AI generated responses. No help so I immediately cancelled my membership. Warning stay away.

I was supposed to get a double whopper with bacon A double cheeseburger meal and a long chicken sandwich meal what I got was three drinks and that’s it when I called Uber to get a refund they told me there’s nothing they can do after speaking to four different employees somebody randomly call me back and say they don’t have the option to give me my refund about $30 no food and no refund how is that fair? I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else I’ve been an Uber one member for the past three years and this never happened before I need to know who I need to speak to so they can resolve this because this is not OK .

Uber eats did a great job. I was disappointed in Outback Steakhouse. I had a wonderfully prepared meal. Once again, no fork for my food, no napkins, and no salt and pepper. I’m at work and don’t have access to these items.

I mistakenly ordered $300 worth of alcohol and it was being delivered to a location I wasn't at and the Uber's policy states the alcohol should have been returned and I would have had to pay a restocking fee. I never received the order and they charged me $300. I should have had to just pay the restocking fee since I wasn't there

Driver picked up 3 orders at once. Our order was closest approximate 2 minutes away. Instead they traveled across town and delivered ours last even though we were closest. The order was cold when we received it. Called Uber and they immediately rejected claim for money back. Refused to forward call to a supervisor. $60.00 down the drain but we were able to take tip away. Seriously considering calling the health board and reporting this. The call center wasn't even in the U.S. so they are a waste of time. Another possibility is bank reversing charges. Class action suit maybe. I don't know but steer clear of this company. They want your money and only your money. Very questionable as to driver even being legal but they didn't even care about that. Just the money folks. We did NOT consume food.....too much risk.

Ordered groceries from Safeway, and they use Uber eats to deliver them. Twice now the driver has stolen my groceries! They didn’t even try to deliver, just didn’t even show up. And Uber eats won’t helped because it wasn’t ordered through their app. It sucks that these delivery people are stealing and not getting in trouble for it.

The delivery person that delivered my items did it without getting my code. Didn’t deliver many items and when I tried to contact them they hung up. This not the first time this has happened.

Ordered thru Uber Eats and picked my food up at Albertoe's on Sanderson in Hemet and there was a twist tie in the middle of my bacon and egg burrito. Uber Eats WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY!!! I Tried to upload a picture but their upload button was disabled as I told the Chat Representative over and over again. I told him/her to send me a link but they wouldn't. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM UBER EATS!!!!

You guys please boycott uber they’ve been robbing me. My food has been getting g stolen and the rides to refund me anytime I report it. This is the 5th time ban I to back that this has happened. They are no trust worthy!!! Please you guys delete the app . And when I take uber they’ve charge my card extra the next day it a completely be charge. The are thieves.

I ordered my family dinner at Sizzlers and it was supposed to take 30 minutes to arrive at my home. I received a phone call from my driver Diego, who advised me that the application put my address at the 51st Ave. in Indian School Rd., Sizzler. I told Diego my correct address and he stated he was on his way. However, Diego did not speak English so either he did not understand or misinterpreted however, he did say OK on my way. Diego never showed up and stole my food. I reached out to customer support via live chat and phone call and Uber eats decided to tell me that they were not going to issue me a refund because the driver followed all the delivery guidelines, but however, my food was never delivered. The fact that this company is willing to not only steal someone’s food, but then steal their money and justify it is disgusting. I will never use this service with this company again. Be careful.

I just ordered from Uber Eats, the customer service (via chat) was dismal. Thankfully, the food arrived flavourful, but cold, and the pita wraps were soggy. Although the food arrived within the prescribed window, my point to the Uber eats chat people was their online "tracker" is not refreshing, and it keeps being stuck on the first "leg" of 'time-line' tracking. So, in my customer oriented view, it was not being, ordered, prepared, or delivered, etc. By the time I chatted with Ubereats chat team staff - All of this was misunderstood that my meal was late, which it wasn't. Argh, and the customer service agents were 'so' quick to close the case, so it will never be resolved. This is my third or fourth order on Ubereats, and possibly my last, when I order take-out - I think it should be hassle free.
