I paid 98 dollars for my food.The delivery guy didn’t deliver the food and it showed ordered delivered (even without any picture that it has been kept near the door) .Tried reaching the support.They said it’s not refundable 😕

I have an order via Uber Eat, the driver has delivered a wrong item. I have submitted a complaint and a picture of the wrong item and I have been waiting for almost 2 hours for their support. Even I can’t call a Uber Eat where that feature looks not valid and now we have to wait with no ETA

If I could give no stars I would. Wait over 2 hours for my order. Uber eats issue not the restaurant. Pay top dollar for awful service

I ordered food from Iceland, which totalled £25.79 & the following day I had a d.debit of mine bounce. When I looked at my Statement, it was because Uber Eats took the £25.79 from 1 account, but also £38.88 from another account of mine!! When I complained, I was told that they didn't have details of my other account, but obviously that's untrue & i'm still waiting for the amount to come out of pending & be put back into my account!! Disgusting service & I never received an apology either. Not recommended!

My name is Shakir Karriem, a long time valued customer of Uber Eats and ride. On 03/10/25 evening my wife and I placed an order at Firehouse restaurant on Uber eats, up on arrival of our order, our food was cold, small very bad, looked nothing Iike the picture that displayed of there steak and cheese sandwich. So we decided to inform Uber eats of this matter, by email, requesting a refund. Immediately they responded, apologizing for everything and simply stating that they would immediately refund my $48.17and there was no need to respond or reply, it would take a few days for my my to be placed back on my card that I used. The next day I received an email from the escalation team stating that now they needed a picture of it, I explained that after there response not to reply I trashed the food, wow and what person would keep bad smelling food laying around. However this went on for a day or two, basically saying there not going to refund my money because of no photos (now). This is unacceptable coming from a company like Uber eats, this restaurant should be fined as well giving a notification for serving bad food, with bad service. The worst part of this entire situation that could have simply been resolved is just to refund my $48.17, it’s just the principle of this. So to let everyone know this is how Uber period treats and thinks of there valued customers. I’ve been using them for years and to get this kind of feedback and treatment is totally unacceptable.

Ordered from a restaurant 10-12 min away. At most it should have taken 30 min. Was notified my delivery was going to be delayed. 35 min then 45 min. Driver never reached out. When I texted the driver said texted my order was stolen?! Contacted restaurant and told my order was stolen. Why the driver didn’t notify me from the store is unbelievable. After 1 hour waiting and never heard from the driver it showed the driver had changed. Cancelled the order and won’t ever use this service again. Always late! Finally was cancelled! Beware!

Poor customer service.. Ubereats refuses to refund me for a order I never received..The Ubereats delivery person named Tonye called to locate my apartment. Gave her directions to my apartment but never received order...Will update once Sammys Cheesecake responds..

By far the worst delivery experience!!!! Ordered 3 pizzas. Was delivered ONE pizza which was left outside in the rain to get soaked. Noone even knocked on the door or call/ text. By the time I realized it was just left there, it was not edible + where the heck were the other two pizzas…?! The entire order was marked as delivered. Called the driver- doesn’t speak ANY english. Called the store- they said the driver “left the other two pizzas here”…what?! Why?! Called UberEats- they “cant verify my order”… huh?! 😳I am just shocked by the whole experience and complete lack of customer service and accountability. Lesson learned! I wish I had read their reviews prior to ordering. This was my first and certainly last order with them!

Everything went wrong. I placed the order, courier wasn’t able to find my place, I went outside to meet him, called, offered a noticeable point, but my order was marked as delivered and that’s it. I contacted support, they told me basically that it’s my problem and never refunded me

This company has 0 interest in helping with complaints- for over a month I have waited for a refund that was already admitted by them is owed to me- yet they just keep giving me the run around and avoiding me - all the for $40 - total joke of a business

They do not care about their customers. I had to cancel my order because it took the store 40 minutes to give it to the driver and then the driver could not get to the delivery place due to traffic, it took ONE HOUR so i had to cancelled it to go to work and they did not give me a refund not any other solution because i should not have cancelled the order. I Will NEVER use Uber Eats EVER AGAIN!!!

After being told that my order would arrive in 60 to 90 minutes. Being told the driver had arrived, which she had not. Then being told by the driver that Carrabba’s gave her the wrong order and she would return with the correct order, she did not. Not sure if it was Uber eats that canceled or Carrabba‘s but 4 1/2 hours later, I was told my order was canceled. Huge waste of time and no apology!

Ordered from uber eats from the business. I got an egg and cheese breakfast bagel and a side hashbrown. They no longer have hashbrowns, instead of leaving it off or calling me they added sausage. I didn't want sausage, otherwise I would have ordered that kind of bagel. Now I can't get a refund from them or uber eats. I couldn't speak to a human at uber eats. Even though the business admitted they know they made it incorrect I couldn't speak to a human or get a refund. Ridiculous!!!!

Ubereats is not giving a refund, they charged me a $22 cancellation fee and it was more $2 off the original price. Now I’m charged with this fee and have no food, this is the worst app to buy food from and I don’t recommend at all. I can’t believe people would charge that much amount of money and never give the food. Plus the food was talking 40 mins just to come and they hadn’t even prepared it. Worst food app ever.

Terrible experience. Charged us for our local sushi order. They were late & kept pushing back the time. Then claimed it was lost. Run around w customer service & they refuse to give us a refund even though either their driver ate our sushi or gave it away. Worse experience ever with delivery company. Never again! Sister is trying to reverse charges but UberEats has lost us as customers.

Horrible service - we Ordered food at 3:45pm for a 6 pm delivery. Kept seeing a change in drivers on the app. I reached out to uber eats on chat and they said the order was on schedule for delivery. I waited 15 minutes and contacted the 4th delivery driver and he said the order was stolen. I reached back out to uber eats on chat and they told me the order was cancelled and I would not be charged. That was there answer . No compensation , sorry customer service . Will never use uber eats again !!!!!!
