Nothing the drivers did wrong, but when I say dealing with customer service is absolutely a pain in the head… they’re rude, unprofessional, and just downright ignorant.

Uber eats has the worst customer service! Ban them and go to a different service provider! Canceling my uber one membership.

Awful service. Won’t refund money even though they were 45 late and the food was cold. Won’t be using them anymore canceled membership using DoorDash BYEEEE

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a box of coffee from staples today, very easy delivery and the driver canceled my order to my 84 yr old mother home alone because a MAN , couldn't find the address. You should not hire INEPT people to drive if they have no sense if direction. Terrible App, first time using and will definitely not be using again!!!! UBER WATS CAN EAT ME!!

Restaurant had BOGO meal, both meals were in my cart but something happened after I checked out and it only did the one meal. I canceled the order right away so I could fix it but the restaurant also confirmed it right away so even though I canceled and they absolutely did not have time to start the order I was still charged “due to the restaurant already starting the order”. I spoke to 3 different people and i told them if I was going to be charged I would just take the order even without the bogo but they said it was too late. Already cancelled and I don’t get my money back either. So I didn’t get my food and I didn’t get my money back either.

Why can’t I leave zero stars? This company is horrible. My company spends hundreds of dollars per order, several times a week. Our driver stole our food and we had proof, and they wouldn’t give us a refund. I turned in receipts through photos and details. We even have the driver on camera. 10 days later, still no refund and they’re messaging me saying my receipt details are unclear. Ridiculous. I’ll never use them again. Literally the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

My wife was trying to use her promo for a Chipotle bowl and Uber Eats wouldn’t let her transaction go through. My wife, who is devoting her life to America, deserved that chipotle bowl. She had a long and hard day of being an American Airman and wanted to come home to a warm bowl of Chipotle, but because of the Uber Eats dysfunctional app, she now has to march her way to the cafeteria and eat tacos for the 5th time this week!

I accidentally put a pick up order in with a restaurant that was over an hour away. I recognized this immediately. I called the restaurant to ask them not to make and they agreed but told me uber eats would need to refund my $121. I spoke with 3 people of which two were very rude and all refused to refund me as the restaurant had already accepted the order. I explained the situation and asked them to call and they said regardless it’s their policy and I was out of luck. I will never ever use them again.

Order from freshco and I didn't receive my lemon and my eggs were cracked . I contacted customer service and they didn't help me at all .

Terrible customer service to fix issues. Cannot even speak to a real person to regulate problems for being charged fully for a cancel order that a promo wasn’t able to apply. I didn’t get an answer to why I was able to cancel an order if the order is getting prepare, so just give me my order then if I wasn’t able to cancel. I was charged tip and all for an order being cancelled. Not very good customer service.

This app is horrible I deleted it after 2 days food came over a hour late and the whole order was wrong I ordered a six piece Parmesan garlic chicken tenders with a large frys and a large lemon lime Frost and I ended up with a six piece regular chicken tenders some fried cheese balls with a cherry frost and a burger I didn't order and they said nothing was wrong with my order

Driver stole my food. I contacted customer support. Refunded my money, but they still gave the tip money to the driver. The driver got to eat my food, and I still had to tip. They will not refund my money back for that.

I placed my order at 10:11 AM for breakfast items. I kept watch of the status and saw the order pass around to 3 different delivery people, who were all in the Seneca Falls area, while my location and the restaurant are all in Auburn. I assumed it was a problem with the app and continued to wait. I tried messaging the 3rd driver to make sure that she was indeed picking up my order and got no response. By this time it was an HOUR after I ordered, so I got on the chat to see what I could do. The app said that I would not get my order until 11:55, which is almost 2 hours after I placed the order! The driver then sent me a message that Burger King could not fill my order because they were no longer serving breakfast and did I want to cancel. I said yes. I was charged $11.71 for cancelling the order, but the restaurant had not even filled my order!

If I could give a ZERO I would. I placed an order on 12/12, item was missing. Filed my complaint on Ubers site. Got this message it was received & team is working on it. Don't believe that. It's a lie. No one is working on it. So, they will take over 48 hrs and then someone will respond to then tell you you are no longer elgibile for a refund. How convenient. And, when you file your complaint to an email address, you're lucky to find, they all come back with another email that says you did not respond to the address they have on file so you get zero help. Or, if your email is lucky to go thru, you receive a response from jacka with the generic email to reply if need be, only for that email to be returned. So, DO NOT order food thru Uber Eats unless your trustworthy grandma is delivering to you herself. Otherwise, you will not be refunded because the response will come back 48 hrs later with the old, you are not eligible for a refund.

I was given 3 different delivery times. Had to cancel the order because I had a meeting and would not have been available to receive the order due to the delivery time being changed 3 times by them. Was still charged, no refund.
