Ubereats website on IE & Chrome, ios app and android app all showed variety of issues and inconsistency, it took me to place an order for over an hour. I will never use this website again.

Do not use Uber eats. Your orders can be stolen twice in one day and if you try to get a refund you can wait ten days or just have credit in case you're dumb enough to try a third time.

They just need to shut down. We placed an ore, immediately realized it was going to the wrong address and tried to cancel it. No driver was assigned, the order was in confirmed status. We reached out to support and they said they couldn’t change the address, cancel it, AND that the cancellation fee would be $21 plus loss of the 15% discount. We asked if they could issue a credit so we can reorder and they said no. Uber Eats is trash. We may not get the cute discount for ordering $30+ but their customer service is way better. Zero stars needs to be an option for review.

If I could rate a 0 I would. Terrible customer service after tim Hortons forget a whole box of donuts. I ended up getting my 2 coffees but not my whole box of donuts and then they wouldn't refund me for the donuts I didn't get.

Uber Eats is DUMB DUMB DUMB! I can add a delivery address and get to add an order only to be told AT THE END that they don't deliver. DUMB DUMB DUMB!

So I just placed an order (keep in mind I order quite often from there) and I noticed that the order was made to be delivered to a SafeWay near my house for some reason. So I went in and tried to change the address and then it said the Safeway was too far, it’s a 3 minute drive from house. Anyway, it charged me 16$ although I literally canceled seconds after ordering when it said it couldn’t deliver to my house. This must be the most absurd thing ever.

This review is coming from an Uber Eats delivery driver. I ordered breakfast for work an hour before I had to leave. I ordered it at 620. It didn’t arrive until after 730. I had to race to work. When I saw it was going to be late I wanted to cancel it and they were going to charge me $17.50 to cancel it. My driver was supposed to be a female named Ashley. I had a male driver show up in a totally different vehicle. He REEKED of weed. Do you know how disgusting that is that I had to eat food being delivered by a driver that reeked of weed? It’s people like this that give us good drivers a bad name. Of course I gave them a thumbs down and reported them to uber. I was tempted to take their tip away but didn’t.

I used to always order from skip the dishes and nothing but problems. Since ordering with uber eats the service has been amazing..food hot and fast..amazing couriers

You can’t use SNAP. If you try to use SNAP on the app, it doesn’t give you the option. If you look up online “use snap uber eats”, you will see something come up that says use snap on the internet, not the mobile app. That is a way to just make you angry, because unlike doordash, UberEats will not allow you to use snap the right way, (they have to ask for your code, and they don’t). So UberEats will allow you to place an order, with your SNAP added as payment for food ALONG with your credit card for payment of fees. They will intentionally do this to charge your card service fees knowing the order will be cancelled because they never asked you to verify your pin. So, not only will you be without food but they will charge you the 10 or 20 dollars in fees and have it pend for 7-14 days without providing the customer anyway to address or get support for the issue.

Awful service, have ask everyone I know not to use uber eat again including all my families. I selected items I want to save as to order when I arrive my destination. while saving it, I mistakenly press order and immediately cancel it. Just few seconds, uber eat took £27.21 from account. I messaged support team, they never reviewed my claim instead I received automatic message charging me for food I didn't receive. No phone, no email, looks funny. How can a company like that not have direct phone or live chat.

I am starting to believe that Ube Eats is a huge scam and racketeering bussiness. They lie and you have drivers like mine who say the are at your door and want the pin. Which they're not at your door. My driver lied and said he could not find us and was trying to contact me. Had uber eats reach out on an automated line and told me to contact my driver. The whole time I'm messaging him. He was sitting in the parking lot pretending he couldn't find me. Trying to get free food. Brought us the wrong order and then two hours later I got double charged for the amount of the original order. You reach out to Uber and they have changed their services. I had a customer service agent tell me straight up that they have customer service help for the drivers. But not the customers and that the new updates will not allow them to transfer customers to a live agent. They lie and steal from people all.of the time and nobody is held accountable. So to me it's a huge scam on cheating people out of money. And if the driver does anything wrong there is no way to fix it. Then to double charge my card and I already reported it to my bank. They said that they would reach out to me via email. And nothing has happened. I have reported them to the better bussiness bureau. It's crazy how they updated their system 2 days ago from what I was told. And cannot help customers except through the app. The app does nothing and just tells you that you're not eligible for a refund. They have found a way to cheat people out of their hard earned money. And it's not like it's cheap either. I cannot believe they are still allowed to have this company running.

I can’t eat pork. The merchant sent bacon on my burger. They saw it I sent the picture and they clearly saw it as well yet and still decided to keep my money. They are crooks please use doordash. They are very unprofessional.

Be careful with this company. My little baby niece accidentally ordered a meal. It was canceled exactly one minute and 3 seconds later confirmed by Uber eats that it was one minute and 3 seconds. The order cost at $30 and they're refusing to issue me a refund. I really suggest that you stay away from Uber. I am contacting the CFBB consumer affairs and I'm going to call lawyer and I'm pretty sure we can start a capital lawsuit if anyone else has had this issue post in this this review cuz I'm going to have my lawyers pull emails and send emails to every one of you.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. Did you know that if you cancel an order you will still be charged? That's right. If you don't notice the charge and contact to report it within 48 hours, they 'are entitled' to keep your hard earned money. NEVER use Uber there are many many much better options.

If I could give zero stars these people are thieves they act like they are in front of your house and ask you for your pin and then drive off with your food or groceries don’t order from uber eats especially with these Indianas delivering they are thieves they stole my food 12/12/24 @ 1:15pm and uber eats refused to refund my money after their driver took my food that I ordered from metro. Ppl be aware of these Indianas in Brampton.
