Seriously the worst business to exist! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely worthless staff and harass you at that.

Horrible customer service!! I scheduled a group order to be delivered for a business lunch days in advance. About half an hour before the meal was supposed to arrive I received an email that the order was cancelled. I quickly placed another order from another restaurant. For some reason I decided to call the restaurant that I had originally placed the UberEats order with. The owner advised me that they are not yet set up to take orders from UberEats, and they are waiting for approval. So, UberEats allowed me to schedule an order for a restaurant that they do not support. I reached out to customer service and explained my frustration. The customer service agent proceeded to blame the restaurant. I explained that it was not the restaurant that was the issue but rather UberEats. She offered me a $15 credit in my Uber Wallet. I confirmed that it was deposited and at that time I noticed that the $50 that I had in my Uber wallet was missing. When I asked about it she told me that it was used for the second order I had placed today. I explained the whole order was supposed to be charged to my work profile, not my personal wallet. At this point she transfered me to someone else. The next person- Debbie was extremely rude and told me repeatedly I did something wrong. I explained again that all I wanted was for my funds returned to my wallet and the charge applied to my business profile (as a note the difference was charged to my work profile to begin with). She proceeded to tell me that they could not charge my work profile and could only charge my personal Credit card.. none of what she was saying made sense and when I questioned it she disconnected the chat! I went back in and attempted to speak with someone again, I even requested a manager and was told I was already connected to the highest line of support. Again, I was blamed for the issue and essentially told nothing they would do about it. Once again when he didn't want to answer the questions I asked, he disconnected and transferred me to Uber for Business! As you can guess they were not able to assist. I am not a business client I just have access to a business profile from my employer. I understand that mistakes happen and that customer service is not any easy job, but I have never dealt with such a level of ignorance and incompetence. Fortunately there are many more delivery services available. I for one don't have time to deal with lazy, rude individuals. 1 star is too generous!

I agree with all the other reviews that say stay away! This company is clearly robbing people with their prices but god forbid something is missing or wrong with your order. Just take it as a loss… I ordered from Wendy’s almost a week ago and complained that I was missing items. Sent images and a detailed message. A week later I’m getting messages from the online AI support asking me to send pictures, here’s the kicker not only do they not provide instructions, when you ask how, they just repeat the same message to upload the image. This company is a rip off and as long as we keep supporting them, they will just keep screwing us.

I have had such a awful experience with the customer service not only did they put me on hold for three hours for my order that I didn’t receive and asked for a refund, but they kept hanging up on me I will never be using this app again!

Ordered a lrg cheese pizza and 20 wings from Mikes Pizza’s (in Peoria, Az) website directly not knowing the order was going through Uber Eats since I was ordering directly from their website. An order status showed up from Uber and soon it was out for delivery and when the driver was here to meet him at my door. After twenty more minutes of waiting I called Mikes and was told it’s not their problem and to contact Uber Eats and was hung up on! So I contacted Uber Eats and was told since I didn’t order through their app that they could not do anything about it! Now I’m out $76 for $35 of food with no recourse unless my bank reverses the charge. I called back to Mikes to explain what Uber said and was told again that it was not their problem even though they link their order system through Uber! Hung up on again! Stay away from this place, they have no business ethics and could care less if customers are getting ripped off!!

Ordered a pizza through Uber Eats here in Springdale, Arkansas and watched the estimated delivery time. I continued watching out my door's peephole, but was continuing to do housework at the time. Didn't get a doorbell or a knock. I finally opened the door and found a cold pizza sitting in front of my door from a driver named Elena. I will NEVER use Uber Eats again.

Hello, I just had the worst incident with Uber Eats today. I was in my room and suddenly heard a noise in the next room. Sounded like an unfamiliar man’s voice and I opened the door. An Uber Eats delivery driver was in front of the bedroom door right outside the lounge inside my house. I was scared and shocked to death. I kept asking him who he is and why is he inside and he wouldn’t talk. He just went out. He had gotten himself in through the main door. I am still in shock after the incident. I followed him once I took in the situation to outside the flat. When I went out, he was sneaking around being all creepy. I took a video of him that instant and he kept apologising in a different language. He said his name was Muhammed which was nothing related to the profile details mentioned in the Uber Eats account. The order was placed from a friend’s account to my home. She tried calling the account when the driver was late and went out to look for the person. The one who picked up was a woman and the account details does not match with the name the guy mentioned. It was a fake guy delivering the food using someone else’s account. Does Uber Eats get the gravity of the situation? What if I was attacked? I am still numb thinking about it. It was a horrific experience. I cannot believe that Uber does not have checks to even make sure that the drivers they employee are fake or not. I was too stunned to speak. I still am.

I am warning everyone to avoid Uber Eats. It is full of false promotions. They let businesses like Fresh Slice, etc fool people by ads like buy one, get the second one for free. And when you realize that’s been a scam and cancel in less than 2-5 minutes, they charge you almost the full amount. Not reliable at all. Call the restaurant if it has delivery, otherwise, do not order. I was so embarrassed in front of a group of students the other day. I wish I had read all these negative reviews before I used this horrible app.

It is fraud to it’s finest Charge me for order they directed to place 1.5 hours away from me. Canceled order 1 minute after placed. They still charge me! Be aware your order can be diverted to middle of nowhere and you still be charged!!! Or better choice is stay away and use different delivery service

Horrible service experience with my children food and when I told customer service they took over a day to respond asking for damage food when I gave them what I had and the food was already thrown out! They DID NOT HELP…THEY WERE NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER! I will be closing my account

Claiming a box of wine is prepared food is a lie .... and as I presented on date ID , to have it come up as expired, and not have your driver call in , but leave with my property, is theft .

The worst of all the delivery services. Don’t bother with this service. The last 2 times in a row when I have had a group of people over my order hasnt shown up. This most recent time we paid the extra for priority order and it went 30 minutes beyond the “latest” time before the order was cancelled by them. We called the restaurant and they said it was picked up an hour ago, we called the driver and he claimed the restaurant told him to come back in 30 minutes (after the latest delivery time listed), when he finally went back the food wasn’t there surprise surprise, so we waited for 1.5 hours to end up with a cancelled order and when I contacted support they read it and just closed the ticket without even apologizing or doing anything. Worst customer service ever.

The Uber Eats app sucks as much as their online only support does. After placing an order, I immediately noticed it had the wrong address and delivery instructions. The app wouldn't let correct anything so I canceled the order and was charged for the food. I was told that the merchant had accepted the order and was preparing it so my refund request was denied. I did not expect this poor customer service from Uber Eats and will never use their app again, There are far superior delivery apps available.

Worst to the core,being a uber one member is a Joke...they charge you regardless and you get in correct orders but as a uberone member you can't report back..
