Terrible company 0 resolution for orders that get picked up by wrong drivers just cancel and on to the next they just say sorry well sorry don't feed a dog

We order food from Pizza Hut through Uber Eat, and the location we choose to pick up the order was closed when we get there. We called Uber Eat and they said the order was complete and we are not eligible for a refund. How can your system complete a order from a store location that is closed?. Now they want me to call the store directly myself. Very frustrating, I am still waiting for my refund

Bro they suck and customer services sucks too . This dude been sitting with my meal for 15/20 mins not even moving ! How you can’t get in contact with the delivery person you guys hired ! Weird af . I don’t even trust the food now ain’t no telling what he did and his weird ass not even responding back .

They delivered a cold hard burnt pizza. When I called the restaurant to complain and get a refund they informed I needed to cal uber eats. The customer service numbers are not taking calls, the uber app chat kept giving me the run around ! Worst experience ever! I deleted my account ! Not freaking worth it!

Terrible customer service, received a completely wrong order missing food and what food was there was cold and only gave us a small portion of our money back and ignored my questions in the help chat

The refuse to actually help with problems. They basically refuse to refund on orders even when everything has gone absolutely wrong and if you complain the agents just end the chat. I've canceled my account because of it.

0 STARS! Ignorant customer service members all they care about is money! Drivers number was not active tried contacting her and could not get through. Contacted the live chat and told me I’d still be charged for cancellation.

Honestly telling, if we order through this one, even applied buy one & get one offers too, the cost of order never pair. We have to paid for including all kind of services, taxes, tips, most important thing is over priced of our dishes🤔 we are paying more money than our direct regular orders. Not only that, frequently met Hygienic & Health issues too. Even, this is applicable to Groceries Orders too!!!

Worst, they are scammers. They give offers, but charge full amount. Hate it never gonna use it again. If possible I would like give rating in minus. Shame on you cheaters.

I ordered 3 items from a restaurant, I only got 2. I requested a refund d but Uber kept saying I don't qualify. I don't know how I am expected to pay for something I didn't receive?? I sent the photo of receipt and items as requested, and even though the dumplings were clearly NOT in the photo... They said I got them. I mean... How??!!

Make it make sense, I ordered chick fil a, uber eats would only let me order from the furthest 2 chick fil as from my location when there is one literally less than a mile from me.... delivery price the same!!!! Also asking me to add more tip.... well if you'd let me get it from the location closest to me a 6$ tip would be a good tip considering it's less than a mile away!!! Make it make sense should have ordered from doordash! They would let me order from the location literally 2 lights away!!! So no uber eats i will not add anymore tip!! Food was cold didn't get my sauce. For the amount I pay for 1 meal I should get my food hot! You know since it's less than a mile away!

My order kept getting pushed back and new drivers assigned. Customer service clearly can see when I placed the order and see the order was assigned to multiple drivers. I asked for compensation for the late delivery, they say they don’t see it cause the app will only show the updated driver and their expected delivery window. The representative then ended the chat on me! I even asked for a manager and was hung up on! I will never do business like that if I’m providing a service! Representative should definitely be fired and UE customer service should be restructured!

I drive for UberEats and the agents don't resolve issues. They owe me $45 for a promotional pay and all tell ke the same thing. "We will look into it" It's been over 2 weeks and talked to multiple agents and even a supervisor. Don't run promotions if you are not going to pay it to your drivers!!

Took way too long, too many stops before mine, freezing cold food, literally, driver’s boyfriend delivered my food instead of driver. Too many extra steps just to get cold food, going back to door dash and grub hub. Never using uber again, for anything!

I had an order back in June for chipotle that didn’t get delivered to me , the driver delivered the food to the wrong address which was across the street when I went over there there was no food and talked to my neighbor and they told me they gave it back to the driver and the driver took it back to the place. I called and the driver never picked up , I had to wait for my boyfriend to come home from work to bring me to chipotle and they said the driver never brought back that order and I just paid for more food there. It was a horrible experience and I’ve only used the app once since then. Why is you’re customer service not understanding ? You should do better for you’re customers , i was so upset :(

More than 5 drivers took the order then got to restaurant and cancelled it, finally got in touch with uber eats and after 1.5 hours of waiting, uber eats decided to cancel the order, made meself a sandwich in the end

The support sucks. they’re either bots or Indians that just copy and paste a script. Canceled, missing or wrong items happen often and they don’t care. I had to call my credit card to dispute the charges because they wont do anything about it. Never using ubereats again.

Ordered at 3:90 PM from a restaurant that is 15 mins from my place. Expected delivery time is 5:00 PM. They don't let you speak to a agent or cancel the order. Ridiculous app. Never using again.
