I did not get what I ordered and paid for & the customer service agent was no help at all and he told me he viewed my order and the driver didn’t say I had any wrong items. After I clearly sent him images of the products that I had was not the right items I order I’m over Uber eats !!!!

Drove 4 miles got paid $0 cuz closed Mcdonalds lol. How’s that my fault you guys sent me to a closed restaurant? Already stopped ordering on uber eats a year ago because they delivered Applebees when I ordered Arby’s and still refused a refund. Said ok won’t order or get rides from them but was delivering a little bit. NOPE. They just literally treat every person and business they come in contact with like dirt lmao. Not surprising though, I don’t think they employ a single person who understands English AND what customer service even means 😂

I've had two back to back orders and did not receive what I paid for and they keep telling me that they will not be refunding my money so at this point I'm completely done with Ubereats.

UberEats had 3 different agents lie to me regarding an order I waited over an hour for. I told them it was already late at night and I had a young son to feed. They threatened to charge me the full order value if I canceled. They told me a driver was on their way with the order and max time would be a total wait of 1.5 hours. Then they canceled the order without telling me. I checked in with an agent who lied to me and disconnected the support chat. I reached out again and they lied and said the restaurant canceled the order. They disconnected me again. I reached out to the restaurant who said they handed the food to the driver but Uber canceled it. I almost gave a bad review to a small business because Uber lied and blamed them for everything. This is despicable and unethical behaviour

With each order I hope the timing and quality will be right. With each order they fail miserably. Save your money, go with skip or just order and pick it up yourself.

I was shocked by the unprofessionalism of Uber Eats customer service. As I sought help with my order, the representative's laughter from background chatter with coworkers created an extremely unpleasant experience. I expect a higher level of professionalism and focus on assisting customers when using a service like Uber Eats. This interaction was disappointing and left a negative impression on the overall quality and reliability of the service.

Used to be an amazing service. Now it’s total trash. My last driver had a har time understanding and speaking English. No problem. Customer service said they couldn’t do anything until he called the Spanish help support. My delivery was over an hour late - col and inedible and they refused to help at all even though they could see the time on their side. I have long, clear instructions and even a picture of my porch. Garbage company.

Horrible app. They send promos all of the time and then don't apply them at checkout. When I contact them, they say to go ahead and checkout anyway and that they will apply afterwards. Despite contacting them numerous times, they never apply - they just abruptly end conversations.

This is the WORST thing ever, for someone that is pregnant and that has been waiting on their food and not being delivered or at least returned back to the store! POOR service and selfish UBER driver! I will never use this app again!

I was informed that my delivery would arrive by 8:15 p.m., however, it did not arrive until 9:56 p.m. Additionally, several items were missing from the delivery. When I attempted to contact the driver, I spoke to a woman who did not speak English. When the food finally arrived, it was delivered by a man who also did not speak English, despite the app indicating that a woman was assigned to deliver the order. The food was understandably cold upon arrival. I contacted Uber support but received no assistance and only experienced frustration. Consequently, I will no longer be using their services. They suck.

The service is terrible Uber has managed to make it impossible to contact the company to ask questions or make a complaint. When you add your name to a complaint they tell you how sorry they are but do nothing to correct the problem

Ubereats has let me down the last 3 times I have used their services. It is pretty much the middle man between receiving food/drink from a company, but what happens when you do not receive your order or parts of your order? You inform Ubereats only for them to tell you to send a picture of the missing items. Please explain to me how can I do that of the items are missing? I am always met with the generic email stating no refund or resolution can be given. No explanation why or anything. I am done with Ubereats and will take my services to a competitor.

This stuff be irritating me, first off I don’t understand why they don’t have a number the bot don’t do nothing but repeat it self and doesn’t help me with anything. Then I just feel like I spend tm money on this app for the people that choose to pick up my order to constantly play with my food and then crazy thing is they be so money hungry that i have to pay a cancellation fee for somebody who either wants to play around with my money, food, and time.

Order was damaged and then the delivery driver marked it as delivered and I did not get a refund back even though the package never arrived. 😑
