Very bad customer service. Spoke to Guiane I asked for a waive on the delivery service as i made a mistake on choosing delivery instead of pick up. It only took me a minute to realize my mistake and called them immediately. They would not give any considerations at all! I picked up my item as well. The delivery fee, tax on delivery fee, tax from the restaurant, service charge, etc. are outrageous. More than what i ordered from A&W onion rings. Please avoid making a mistake ordering in their uber apps, or youll be sorryšŸ˜ž

Girlfriend ordered dinner for me from Colombia. Food never delivered and they claim they couldnt find me. Stood outside my apartment building the whole time, driver whose name is Orlando never pulled in. Uber has no customer service to try and straighten this out. They only claim problem resolved when there is no resolution except them taking the money and no food delivered. Stay far away from this company

My order was picked up at 6:18pm, it is now 7:01 and my estimated time of arrival just keeps getting pushed out. I texted the driver and no response. I will never order using your services again. If I could left 0stars I would. You SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have held pending charges on my Vinmo account for over 10 days. ONE OF THE CHARGES IS INCORRECT & I'VE FILED A DISPUTE. It was the 1st and LAST time I will EVER order from them!! Go with doordash.

Be carefull about the customer service specialist of Ubereats. She will lied/ give you untrue informations. I had an order from blue nile that i recived half order . She told me she will refund the money for not reciving the full order. But than never did it. People please becare full about the lies of the customer service specialist of ubereats. She will wait for the 48 hours so she do not have to refund your money.

I ordered a deluxe meal and was missing half of my meal. I will still very hungry and the meal was not cheap. When I reached out to Uber Eats they said that it’s a done deal to rate the store etc. My point is Uber eats could have credit me partial payment of some sort or have the store send me the rest of my meal.

Customer service is a joke, no phone number to speak with someone directly, I was transfered to three different people, spent an hour chatting and got nowhere. Sent an email then and response made no sense either, completely dissatisfied. I was sent a promo for 50% off my next three orders, went to put in an order and instead of receiving $11.74 off my $23.48 order $4 was given,( pretty simple /not 50%) Nobody could figure out the reason/solution. I was told to place order and then contact them back and they would try to help me afterwards, Sure so I can spend another hour getting nowhere. I won't be using urber eats anymore.

I received the wrong order after waiting for over an hour. Speaking with a human is impossible, having the order resent is not an option. Never again! I ordered a cheese pizza and the mess of a pizza that I received is disgraceful.

Awful service. Driver got lost, my food arrived stone cold and all they could say was it arrived in a reasonable amount of time! My point is the food was stone cold. I paid for hot food!

DISGRACEFUL DISGUSTING Service!!!!! I ordered food to my business premises today and it was not delivered. I was tracking it and he DID NOT arrive (proven by my CCTV outside). The driver did not message or ring me. Then the absolute fraudster took a picture of the food in his car and put it was delivered! I ran outside and there was no one there ! I tracked his vehicle and he wasn't on our business premises compound he was parked behind and hadn't even drove into the estate!!!! TESHOME he was called .... I hope you enjoyed mine and my staff's lunch you despicable human being !! £23 WASTED. AS UBER WILL NOT REFUND ME NOW. I will be cancelling my uber subscription as they clearly protect their lying cheating staff ! I even tried to ring him through uber about 20 times but it would not connect.....said i was blocked?!!!! No surprise there. Probably too busy tucking into my lunch !!!!!!!!!!! Order number - 8631D

I placed an order and cancelled it immediately but was still charged. Customer service reps said they would get back to me in 6-8 hours. I reached out 3 different occasions and they don’t listen to the customer and just end the chat. I was told it couldn’t be refunded because it was outside the 48 hour window yet my first inquiry was within that time frame. Horrible customer service.

My order was missing an item. This can happen with food delivery and all other services (Skip or DoorDash) offer great customer support and resolve these situations promptly, but Uber refused to recognize their mistake and caused a big back and forth and in the end ghosted me in the chat. Their customer service rep was just copy pasting canned responses to me and said that they had ā€œdetermined that my order matches my deliveryā€ despite there being an item missed. I asked to speak with a manager and they just kept copy pasting the same canned response about determining that my order was not eligible for refund then they just ghosted me in the chat, never actually put me through to a manager. They suggested that I give the courier or the restaurant a review, but my issue is with the fact that Uber Eats never took accountability for charging my card for an item I never received and basically said they think I’m a liar. Very poor customer service and no accountability.

Scam !!! Please use DoorDash or Instacart the customer service is absolutely rude they do not help you with orders when they are issues. For piece of mind try another site I’m tired of them. I’m always ordering for them and they don’t seem to care. I ordered groceries they gave me watermelon that is about to spoil. They also got the wrong quantity on my grapes and tell me they aren’t going to help me. Another time they took forever to deliver my food and actually slightly over charged me I spent 45 mins going back and forth with customer service only for them to not help me. Only resolution was half of my order was spontaneously canceled I will not let this company raise my blood pressure . So I advise you if you need groceries pleasseeee use insta cart

Long time customer who uses uber eats for corporate and personal accounts. We've had a few rough driver experiences but just recently had one where driver refused to pick up food and drove around saying sorry and they would return the food. We asked to cancel then found out we still are full charged. Asked about to customer support and pretty much got tough luck and closed the chat. We are canceling all accounts and beyond happy to switch to door dash. We only used ubereats because it worked for our corporate vendor but they are not worth the unprofessional service for their own errors.
