“One of their drivers was delivering to my neighbor. We live on a private shared driveway. I was walking my dog down our driveway and their driver sped by at nearly 40 mph nearly hitting me and my dog. Our driveway is covered in snow and ice as we had a storm and have not had the drive plowed. Very dangerous. When leaving, I attempted to stop the driver and she sped up and tried to run me over. I had to dive out of the way. I have contacted the Franklin County Sheriffs office and will be filing a report naming Uber eats and their driver. I will also be posting as such on every social media site possible. I contacted Uber eats and they shrugged it off as I do not and will never have an account. Obviously, they have no concern for their clients or our communities.”

“On Dec 22nd I placed and received a $43 grocery order. The problem is I was double charged. Efforts to resolve this issue have bogged down in a useless customer support system.Small amount of money but will not risk future transactions with this company. Horrible customer support.Uber eats is a high risk.”

“Never anymore, rather go out buy what you like. Food prices are 30% more than normal. They add delivery and service charge. But they send stale and horrid food and don't care. W Our fault we keep going back to get shagged again”

“Worst company I have ever company across!!! I can confidently say I will never use any of Uber services again and I will sell all of my shares! I ordered £20 worth of food, my food never arrived and uber refused to give me a refund! The customer "support" said I should write a negative review about the merchant but they cant provide a refund. So I paid £20 for food I never ate and they did absolutely nothing about it at all but say "we understand your disappointment". This wasn't the merchant fault, I used uber services to receive a delivery and it never arrived!!! I can't believe that my money was literally just stolen from Uber. Honestly the worst company I have ever company across and I will never be a customer again. I highly recommend not using uber eats because if anything happens to your order order they will do nothing about it and just "apologise for the inconvenience'. You are the worst company on the planet, I am disgusted!!!! This review will go wherever I am able to write a review. I hope Uber goes bust for stealing my money!!!”

“I ordered food from Uber Eats, when l was making the payment suddenly screen frozen/ skipped. I wasn't sure if the payment gone through or not. I did not get any confirmation email either and l assumed payment was not taken and ordered another food from somewhere else. Next day when l checked my bank account l saw that restaurant's name on my transaction. They took £ 13 from my account. I did not recieve the food ,l did not ordered the food from them. I only made order on UBER EATS and on Uber eats order is not exist! But on my bank account it is. I contacted Uber customer service and they ask me the order number even hundreds times l told them there is not any order number because there is not exist order on their page! Only on my bank account,l can see that restaurant's name! This is fraud,they are scammers!”

“Very unhappy. Ordered liquor, knew there would be delivery fee and taxes. But on a $40 order, charged an additional $7+ marketplace fee. Never again. Order totals were grayed out, so didn't see additional fee till delivery. A real rip-off!”

“I delivered food for Uber eats and didn’t get paid for two out of three deliveries. When called cust support I was transferred to five different people overseas. Not one could tell me why I didn’t get paid. I hung up after forty five minutes. Called u we eats home office was told they don’t work with driver problems and gave me a so called direct line number. Called them. Twenty minutes later two different people the guy says don’t talk to me like that. I didn’t cuss I hung up. Warning to people who want to deliver for Uber eats go to door dash. Door dash pay’s immediately after you confirm delivery. Uber can’t even tell you how many deliveries you made and how many were completed i how much you made. After further review it’s my understanding that people order food thru uber, cancel the order on your way over, you deliver it and those pigs eat for free. To top it all off you lose gas money, your time, traffic time, and your income. It’s the only company I know of that you work for and they don’t have to pay you. —— Uber”

“Food is always cold no insulated bags and when you try to get compensation they don't care I will never use them again don't belive the rating on app if you look around there rating is 1 to 1.5 terrible service terrible company my order sat I conter for 30 min then driver took another 30 min was supposed to take 20 tired of cold food”

“Did not receive my order but yet they still took my money and would not refund it. Customer service for Uber eats is a joke. Definitely would not recommend Uber eats for anyone. The Driver whose name is Ian lied stating that he would take care of canceling the charge on my card.”

“Terrible! Just the worst! I normally use doordash and have never had an issue with them before but my dumbass decided to give uber eats a try. I paid 73 and left a generous tip and HALF OF MY FOOD WAS MISSING. When I talked to uber eats cs they said they cant do anything because I asked tmfor too many refunds. Say what now?? IVE NEVER USED UBER EATS BEFORE! Waste of time and money. I will NEVER use them EVER again. Doordash for life.”

“Ubereats is a complete scam and has stole £95 for no order ever coming to us! I didn't receive my order and they straight up refused me a refund. I ordered for a group of colleagues at work and I had the decency to return their money as the order never came yet Uber Eats won't give me £95 back what kind of a service is this! They will get nowhere with this type of attitude or service and Deliveroo and Just Eat deserve to be the superior food delivery service as they respect their customers. Something to learn if they ever read their reviews.”
