If there was zero, I gave 0. On many occasions the food was not delivered the help was unwilling to help, arguing that the food was marked as delivered, asking me to contact the driver but once he marked as delivered I can’t see his contact anymore.

To expensive and you have ato jump through hoops to complain. And you only get part of your money back. They keep bad restaurants on list.

Food was not handled with care. Cold food and everything shifted to one side so everything was piled up on one side of the container. Absolutely never using this service again. My order box was falling apart by the time I got it

Last night I placed an order on Uber eats. The order was from Anthony'Coal Fired pizza in Miami Florida. 1 hour later, the delivery man called me to tell me that the restaurant does not have an ingredient, so he would bring it to me without the ingredient. The ingredient was pizza sauce, I told him I didn't want the pizza without sauce, so he told me I had to receive it that way or order another item. I told him to cancel the order and he said he couldn't do it. So I hung up and canceled the order. I received nothing and they charged my credit card for the full amount. Uber customer service told me that they can't give a refund because when the restaurant accepts the order, Uber pays them. How the restaurant accepts an order if it doesn't have the ingredients. I don't care when they pay, I want my money back. I don't have to eat what they want or how they want. I ordered what I wanted to eat, especially pizza with sauce. The problem is theirs with the restaurant. I WANT MY MONEY.

I am so disgusted with uber eats! I know I'm probably not the only one who has an issue with the application. I spent $40 and did not receive my food due to it going to my job. I spoke to drivera representative and account manager and asked about even a credit so I can reorder food and they could not help me. So no food no credit no refund. So this is how how they stay in business taking peoples money i truly and disgusted with them and wish they would be out of business with everyone they do this to I will be disputing this with my bank

Last night I made a Uber eats order. The order was at Antoni’s in Miami. 1 hour later the the delivery guy called me that the restaurant doesn’t have an ingredient, so he is going to deliver it without the ingredient. The ingredient was the pizza sauce, I told him I don’t want the pizza without the sauce, so he told me that I have to get it like that o order another item. I told him to cancel the order an he told me hi can’t do it. So I hung up and canceled the order I didn’t get anything and I have been charged in my credit card, the full amount. Uber customer service told me that they can’t make a refund because when the restaurant account accepts the order the Uber pay them. I How the restaurant acept an order if they don’t have the ingredients. I don’t care when they pay I want my money back. I do not have to eat what they want. They have to deal with the restaurant and tetomy money.

Worst customer service in the industry!! Who knew that Uber was so poor?? Do yourself a favor and use Grubhub, DoorDash, or any other service!

Very bad experience I’ve been ordering for last 5 yrs and a lot of my food have been missing once I complained they told I’m in violation of refund policy I work hard for my money this is unacceptable will not be ordering from them any more

I ordered from uber, the driver never came anywhere close to my address. Uber claim that I couldn't get a refund and my account is now blocked from getting further assistance...I've deleted the app as of today. Both Uber eats and lyft

Very, very bad we order food I never get it and they charge me $54 for nothing. I try to contact the driver never responded. And they never refined my money back bad experience looks like a scammer to me

I ordered on 9/2 from Cracker Barrel they substituted food I didn’t order on one plate because they were reportedly out of the meat I ordered, but didn’t include the substitutes that were rung in on the ticket. They also apparently don’t make cornbread muffins before 2pm, so on my cornbread muffins and biscuits basket I ordered they rang it in as the basket, but crossed it off and wrote by hand “only biscuits, cornbread after 2pm” I sent the refund request to Uber where they deemed all the food matched so I wasn’t eligible for a refund. I’ve been fighting them ever since because the customer service on Uber just closes and archives the tickets saying no response needed after repeating the order matched the receipt so I’m not eligible for a refund.

Ordered Zaxby’s and the driver came an hour later with cold food and a puncture in my drink, took a sip and it didn’t taste right at all so I’ll let you speculate on that, it was also mostly empty. She purposely angled the photo she took at my doorstep to where the drink didn’t show the puncture. Didn’t feel safe drinking or eating it anymore so I just threw it away, and made a note to never use DoorDash again.

I submitted an order on 9/12 on Uber eats at 9pm from Wingstop my order was picked up about 9:30 the driver had 3 orders ahead of miss. By the time my food arrived at 10:13pm my chicken was hard and cold the fries were soggy and my drink was half filled with no ice i requested a refund from Uber eats and they denied stating it was a restaurant issue. If the driver didn’t have 3 other order in front of my order then my food wouldn’t have been cold like how can Uber eats expect your food to come hot if it’s sitting on a car while someone drops 3 other orders off I order delivery for convenience not cold food and half filled drinks I work hard for my money and expect to have excellent service I will never order Uber eats again DoorDash is so much more convenient they actually have a customer service line to be contacted for issues and they will indeed handle any issues with my order including a refund of the order isn’t up to my standards. Like serious question Uber eats how do yall expect people order to come hot if its has to sit in the car for 30 plus minutes before it gets to you it was a waste of an order and I could of went myself and picked the order up myself for how long it took and the quality of the order. I mean what really is the point of paying someone a company to bring you cold ass food and refuse you a refund

My girl ordered indian food for me on 9/13/2024 from restaurant in Greenwood,IN..I’m also living in Greenwood,IN she ordered around 9.30 pm and I didn’t get my food. Uber eats said your order will b deliver 23.15 then 23.40 then 12.05 then 12.30 after that we don’t have any driver available for your order then they said pick up your order from franklin,IN ..that is 11 miles away from my home ..I drive semi truck came from Michigan.they already charge her 48 dollars and didn’t get my food ..that is uber eats service 👎👎👎. Thanks Uber eats for your BULLSHIT…

Uber eats NEEDS TO PAY THEIR WORKERS MORE, I swear people be driving about 5-40 mins to deliver the orders and get paid $2 for the travel when it took more time and money to drive and pay gas to get there. I’m fed up with this under wage.

Delivery driver “Richard” picked up my food in Brooklyn, delivered another order before heading to me, then canceled my order 3 minutes before arriving to my home. No Ubereats Manager Rep wanted to take my call, resulting in a normal associate hanging up on me.

If I could give 0 starts I would! Awful awful customer service. Actually it’s more accurate to say it is non-cistern. Will happily take your money. Absolutely no help when things go wrong. You can’t even speak to anyone. The chat options are very limited. Messages are not read. Responses are copy pasted and repeated. BE WARNED! There are competitors out there or even better cut these scan middle men who take a hefty cut from the bill for nothing in return. DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS!!!!!!

I ordered a pizza I ordered a pizza. The driver literally stole my pizza and Uber _ood_ nor I couldn't get in contact with him and Uber _ood_. Refused to give me my money back. To top it all off, I tempt the driver very well and I've been waiting for either my food _ood_ or a supervisor to call me for over 3 days. I wouldn't recommend using uber for anything. They have no control over their drivers and half of them are not from even this country that do not even care. My question is, what about if that was my last? $25 that they took from me. What was my kid going to eat? Not right!!!!

We got scam by Uber eats. I would rate a 0 if I can. If you are an Uber eats customer, please be aware if u cancelled your order which they only have 5 seconds for you to click go back but right after your order is no longer refundable even you cancelled it and the food has not prepared. I realized I placed my order at the wrong location. So I was able to successfully cancelled however you are not being warned if you cancel, you will not get your money back. I even called the restaurant that I cancelled my order and do not prepared the food. Which the restaurant confirmed that they have not start to prepare my order yet because the order just came in for less than 1 minute. the restaurant confirmed that it was on time to stop the order. Then, I contact Uber eats customer support talked to 5 different people and they all said the same thing that “we can’t refund you because our system won’t allow it”. I don’t even know how that can be legal in the US and I m surprise that they don’t get in trouble for treating customers like that. It is unheard of that you need to pay for your food that the customer never got their items but still get charged for the entire order that you were successfully cancelled. The Ubereats app didn’t warned or prompted you with a message saying like if you cancel you still be charged for the full order. In my case, if I m aware of that, I will not cancel my order but rather drive to that location to pick it up since they are about a few miles apart. I Just want to give a warning to those who are currently using Uber eats apps to watch out for the cancellations issue with them which is don’t expect a refund from Uber eats if you cancel your order for any reason. They will not refund you. I will just continue to use other food delivery or pick up app which they are so much more reasonable than Uber eats
