Uber Eats sucks I placed the order at 6:08. I canceled it at 6:09 because it was going to the wrong address. They would not refund my money because the merchant has started preparing it but when I went up to the merchant, they said it was not prepared and Uber Eats will not give me my money They suck. I advise anyone not to use Uber Eats because they’re not gonna refund your money back legit and legit situation situation.

Uber eats is awful not only did I order from a restaurant that’s 15 minutes from my house my order took 1 hour and 20 minutes to be delivered my order was done at 11:58 when it was picked up and didn’t arrive till 1 I placed the order at 11:36 not only did my food arrive cold the bag was opened 😑and I had items missing and they refused to give me a refund

Uber Eats customer service has gone from bad to appalling. I’ve had Uber and Uber Eats from the inception and spend thousands over the years…. Placed a large order for my office and the restaurant forgot an item. Called the restaurant to inquire and they confirmed the item was forgotten at the restaurant and they apologized but they informed me I’d have to contact Uber for a refund. Uber customer service was so disgusting! They were just like robots with the same copy and paste response with no follow up. No contact to the restaurant. No logical response. Horrible. Deleting my app as well as my teen’s. Horrible service or lack there off.

They screw up orders way too often. Restaurant claims the courier picked it up, courier has no idea, no one on Uber’s chat answers.

I put in an order and when I got to the restaurant to pick it up they were closed, so I canceled the order because I didn’t want to be charged. Uber Eats still charged me for the order. Crooks! Maybe update your App! How is this my issue? I guess it’s worth it to them to rather lose a long time customer than to take responsibility. Grubhub and Doordash’s fee’s are way cheaper than yours so it’s fine!

UberEATS delivered to a different address in my neighborhood. I made contact with the driver within 3 minutes of the delivery and requested he bring it to the correct delivery address, he said OK. 15 minutes went by and still no delivery. I tried contacting him again and he denied the call twice. I drove to the neighbors house because I could see the house number. They told me the driver picked up the order 3 minutes after the delivery. I tried disputing it with UberEATS because it never delivered to me, and their response is “my order is not eligible for refund”. I cannot get any other response, and it it’s clear in the delivery photo that they are not at my house. Now I have to submit a dispute with my credit card after the transaction processes. Worst experience ever with UberEATS.

The service is incredibly bad, but what makes it even worse is the customer service. I received an order that was completely wrong, and they started making assumptions that I was trying to make a complaint to get a free meal. Thank goodness I can still afford to buy my own food! I will not use this service again!

I order 33.25 gabby barbecue I contacted manager Eric at gabbys also customer service at urber eat made a report of Driver stole my food never received on lunch break nor my money that was guaranteed to receive full refund I have pictures of the guy receipt also cameras recording at my job that he never came so one way or the other u will not take My money theft of service and money I'm taking this higher to the news media

'Not eligible for a refund' is the biggest running scam when orders are ALWAYS wrong & delivery drivers are hit and miss. The fees have gotten so bad. $9 fee for $40 order not including delivery or tip! With! Mark ups have gotten crazy. Sometimes items are costing $6-7 more in store. It's why I've gone from 20-25 orders a year to 3 this year. The goal is to never use Ubereats again.

Don't be fooled by Ubëreats! Huge RIP-OFF!! Placed an order on Ubëreats. Then came a prompt to add to the order from neighboring restaurants, with free delivery. However, ordered takeout for $6.99 and the total after taxes/delivery/service is $16.93. That's almost $10 more for a $7 food order. Often, Ubëreats shows regular price for order first then if corrected when placing the order. Not in this case!!! The food items already cost more on Ubëreats than at the restaurants even though they charge additional delivery and service fees. Once the order is placed, there is NO option to cancel and their Service reps are unable and unwilling to cancel or compensate. Ubëreats blamed the restaurant for the additional fees. However, the restaurant receipt clearly shows $7.91 for this order. Beware and order directly from restaurants, as UBËREATS is UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!!! Uber eats has simply become a joke! 3 weeks in a row, my order was delayed by one hour! I will never use their crappy service ever again! They take multiple orders and hand them over to one driver to save money! Meanwhile the food you receive is always delayed and cold as ice! I am surprised why ACCC is not doing anything about this rip off company! Very disappointed!

These people are thieves, Cancelled an order in less than 10 seconds and they charge me $20.96 the full amount of the order. I also had fraud on my account and they will not give me my money. This is by far the worst platform and biggest thieves in the world!!!

I waited an extra 30 minutes on top of what they said my food would be here. Then my order was canceled by the driver she kept my food order and charged me a tip wtf. ( Restaurants should not let them keep the food for canceled orders. As they are scamming restaurants, canceling people's orders. To keep the food and then f****** go over the customer!)

I am so disgusted by your service I ordered food with Taj I did not receive my order the bloody claims to have had it delivered. I have been calling without success.The reason you receive a pin to give to the driver is to make sure it is delivered to the right person they say unfortunately I will not be refund but this Zimbabwean will continue robbing people and claim that he has delivered whereas he knows he did not .Rhaaaa iminqudu imagine this is my last hard earned money we waiting for food dololo.The bloody fool claims to have called but he did not rhaaaa bloody scammers I want my money I don’t have money to entertain these people you took on cheap labour

I think ubereats only must hire the worst people they can find.. had a Ubereat driver walk pass my door a stole my wife's Plante from the front door... he wasn't even coming to us.. but the apt on the next floor

I am a long time customer regular user of Uber Eats this morning I ordered breakfast from A&W is 48$ My order was delivered to the wrong address. I of course asked for a refund and was told I was NOT elegible for refund. Lifes already to expesnsive to end uo losing your breakfast and your money... NEVER again will I use Uber eats.. Im going back to Door Dash

A bunch of THIEVES and SCAM artists! They are the BIGGEST CHARLATANS in food delivery services! The BIGGEST! They will take your OWN money away from you and NOT deliver the food items that you PAID for with your OWN money and then ABSOLUTELY, ARROGANTLY DENY and REFUSE to give your money back to you for items you NEVER received! UNBELIEVABLE! They are SO WRONG and FOUL. They will be reported to the bank and a report has already been filed against them with the State Attorney General. You have been warned! Uber Eats is AWFUL! They are FRAUDS They are SCAMS! They are IMMORAL! They are of the utmost DISGUSTING kind of a delivery app platform out there. Use DoorDash instead. They are ALWAYS better and more fair than these FAT THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!

UberEats does not care about their customers. I received 1 item out of 6 items I ordered. It was supposed to be 40 min priority delivery (I paid extra) but arrived an hr and a half later. The driver stopped for almost mins near my house. He only started moving after I texted if he was lost. I received 1 item at my doorstep and called the driver. He said they only gave this but clearly was lying because the receipt was a long list. I go through the app to submit the issue. You have to accept type of refund before they reveal how much they will refund. They said I only get $35 on a $60 order. So I set up a chat and explained. 1st person said we already refunded you, so we can't do anymore. I said but I only received 1 item. I asked for a supervisor, they said they cant transfer. They said if there is nothing else we have other customers to service and ended the chat. I started again and same outcome. 1 burger is not $25... The math for the fees and everything just doesn't add up. And they didn't care to even do anything. I wasn't asking for additional funds. I have 6 people in the house who were waiting for the food. Now everything is closed and 5 people went to sleep hungry. UberEats just doesn't care anymore about their customers. I have used them almost everyday for the last couple of years and they dont care about it... but there are plenty of other platforms to order. I will let everyone I meet know just how horrible my experience was and to think twice before using UberEats.
