Uber Eats sucks. No reliable service. I was charged for the service not delivered. The 27 box food I ordered from African Tasty Hub was not delivered. Uber charged me 34 box for service not refunded and when I complained, they refunded 24 box. Does that mean I paid 10 box for clicking their app? 😕 I won't advise anyone to use an unreliable platform. The delivery is not guaranteed.

Scammers take people money if they change delivery people multiple times and y cancel because u don't want food to be cold they take all the order money of order u ordered that's scamming uber eats are scammers scammers.And customer service was very rude and hung up in my face don't spend a penny of your money with this trash company

The worst application ever! It's a scam ... restaurant handed what I ordered to a random person and I have been charged for the order!!! and there's no support at all to help with the missing order. I never use the app again. EVER.

Just recieve the order. I bought 12 empanadas and only 9 arrived. I the store the answer was very umprofessional and told that the driver might have eaten them........ maybe??? Uber eats DOES NOT ANSWER ANY CLAIM SO I ONLY RECIEVED A PART OF MY ORDER!! WORSE THING IS THAT THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO MAKE A CLAIM SINCE THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD. Is not only the 3 empanadas but the attitue and the DISCRIMINATORY WAY regarding the country of origin of the driver.

I just ordered pizza for myself and my friends for a night out that, in total, for the food and drink would cost about $64. My delivery driver notified me that when he arrived at the restaurant, they did not have my food and said they never received my order and had to cancel the order entirely. I told him no biggie, things happen. I then get notified I was charged $64 dollars to "compensate for the restaurant and delivery driver's time". What. I payed full price to get nothing. They charged me full price to CANCEL my order. For the love of all that is holy do not use this.

Throughout the past 3 months uber eats has gotten very unreliable. It is always delayed. I will order my food with an estimation of 20 minutes and my food comes 1.5 hours later when the driver has one stop before me and the restaurant was 4 miles away. Even when paying extra for “directly to me” the same thing happens. Start being realistic.

This has happened way too many times to me. One time I never got one of the two items I ordered they never refunded it and I never got a receipt. Today I ordered my food was cold and the driver was very rude because he had to walk in to the building. He even told me that time is money. I called and still no refund I will cancel my subscription with them and start using door dash. They really can’t be too bad

I was assigned a driver with only two deliveries to her name, it took 45 minutes for me to get a hamburger from a restaurant 1.8 miles away from my house. By the time I got my order the french fries were stoned ass cold and the hamburger was barely lukewarm. Beware.

I really wanna give zero star but there is no option. Every single day without my permission you apply the membership and cut the payment from my account. It's really frustrated. Disgusting app.

Terrible experience with this company. They allow drivers to deliver orders with missing items while still charging the full price. I contacted Uber Eats about the issue, but they only offered a zero refund for the missing items. Delivery picture and driver receipt both prove missing items. The service is unacceptable and feels highly unfair to customers.

Uber eats canceled my order in the last minute. Had me waiting for my food for at least least 30 minutes or more. When I called customer service they lied to me and said that I canceled my order which is not the case. Whe. I asked to speaker to a supervisor they told me that the supervisor would call me with an hour and it never happen. Please do not order from uber eats as they don't value their customers. DoorDash at least composite their customers and values their customers.

I will never order from Uber eats again they think you can't change anything in the app to cancel a order once it goes through if it's the wrong address also the dummy left by freaking food on the ground outside so therefore he took a picture and took the damn food The fool wasn't even out there and they couldn't refund the money I will never use them again We should all boycott Uber eats for sure

Ordered food and had to cancel order, found out I would still incur cost so I tried to reinstate order but they wouldn’t do it, I got charged for the meal but would never get meal. Service on this manner was deplorable, they refused in the end

Uber Eats policy on refunds is the stupidest policy I've ever experienced. The customer service team is unhelpful and is almost impossible to speak to a supervisor. I used the app for the last time today. I deleted all of my accounts and will not be coming back as a customer or a driver. I made an oder at Papa John's Pizza for a total of over $40. As I placed the order a pop-up came across the screen that says," You appear to be very far away from the address." Before I could even touch the screen another pop-up says my order was placed without my confirmation mind you. I realized I had made the order for the wrong delivery address and that also means the wrong Papa John's has my order. I try to change addresses but I'm not allowed on the app now. It's too late so I have to cancel the order. They end up charging me $25 cancelation fee and it's nonrefundable. I've talked to customer service and they explained that because the Papa John's had already accepted the order that they had already prepared the order so I would have to pay for that even though I wasn't receiving the food. I think that's a ridiculous policy but lesson learned and I will not be letting this happen to me again. As an over the road truck driver I get food in many different places and they just lost me as a customer 👋.
