I placed my order at 10:11 AM for breakfast items. I kept watch of the status and saw the order pass around to 3 different delivery people, who were all in the Seneca Falls area, while my location and the restaurant are all in Auburn. I assumed it was a problem with the app and continued to wait. I tried messaging the 3rd driver to make sure that she was indeed picking up my order and got no response. By this time it was an HOUR after I ordered, so I got on the chat to see what I could do. The app said that I would not get my order until 11:55, which is almost 2 hours after I placed the order! The driver then sent me a message that Burger King could not fill my order because they were no longer serving breakfast and did I want to cancel. I said yes. I was charged $11.71 for cancelling the order, but the restaurant had not even filled my order!

If I could give a ZERO I would. I placed an order on 12/12, item was missing. Filed my complaint on Ubers site. Got this message it was received & team is working on it. Don't believe that. It's a lie. No one is working on it. So, they will take over 48 hrs and then someone will respond to then tell you you are no longer elgibile for a refund. How convenient. And, when you file your complaint to an email address, you're lucky to find, they all come back with another email that says you did not respond to the address they have on file so you get zero help. Or, if your email is lucky to go thru, you receive a response from jacka with the generic email to reply if need be, only for that email to be returned. So, DO NOT order food thru Uber Eats unless your trustworthy grandma is delivering to you herself. Otherwise, you will not be refunded because the response will come back 48 hrs later with the old, you are not eligible for a refund.

I was given 3 different delivery times. Had to cancel the order because I had a meeting and would not have been available to receive the order due to the delivery time being changed 3 times by them. Was still charged, no refund.

Don’t order from here really bad company and costumer service they will rob your money with no hesitation specially if you cancel an order, their polices definitely need to be readjusted and it sucks that there’s nothing you can do about it to get your money back. You’re better off getting the food yourself.

I placed and order yesterday through uber eats and after waiting for 2 hours my order was shown as “delivered” with a photo of my food on the drivers seat. I have a ring camera and my food was never delivered or even attempted to be delivered. After chatting with many representatives they deemed my order as non refundable and I was charged twice! One charge was refunded and the other they refused to refund although their driver stole my food. After repeatedly asking for a manager they refused. This company is a scam and will steal your money. $40 wasted and no food delivered. Use skip the dishes as I’ll be doing from here on out. It awful that they can even operate with such disgusting morals.

I ordered from Taco Bell and I did not recieve an item I contacted customer service and a lady named Anjali did not help me. And I. Was never compensated for my item that was missing . Terrible service never again.

This company deserves a to be sued for how they steal from customers. I received food that was obviously left out for a long time, it made me puke. I informed uber eats and they continue to say they can’t refund for this food that could’ve killed me if I ate it. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered poor customer service. If you have any missing items they will still charge you for it. DO NOT waste you time supporting this company. I am waiting for them to be sued because they truly deserve it for this robbery.

They absolutely suck!! So tired of inability to get any customer service when things wrong. Things go wrong to much!! Scammers that charged me 60.00 then I got wrong item. They refunded me 20.00 n my bill became 80.00. I'm so angry and guess I shouldn't have complained. It's only thing you can do. Otherwise they're useless!!!!

I ordered a gift card and accidentally typed the wrong email address by one letter. I reached out to Uber Eats and I was told there was no refunds allowed, even for honest mistakes. Very disappointed. Such a bad and dishonest policy. I guess Uber Eats never makes mistakes???

I recieved only half my order with no way to eat it as all the utensils were in the other bag. The driver said they would go get the rest of the order but said the store would not give it to him. I went to the store to get it and they said that didn't happen and he never went back. I contacted support and they gave an auto reply that says we can't help you

Recieved a meal with a hair baked into the breading of the chicken balls. Uber eats determined (after sending a picture as proof) that the quality of the food wasn't compromised. Then wouldn't respond to messages other than the same scripted response. Absolutely disgusting customer service and policy around foreign objects in food. Have since deleted the app and will never use again.

If I could ZERO I would. Placed and order on 12/12, did not receive an item. Filed same day. Called about it. Lady claimed was not eligible and could not say why. Kept saying I'm sorry which is the worst thing you can say to me when you've done nothing. Couldn't even get me a manager or supervisor. Never ever use them even if there r discounts.

Had to give a star to review, don't deserve a star. I ordered through my instacart account. The order was delivered, but not to my house! They say they can't refund because they can't confirm it wasn't delivered!! Do NOT use them at all! I will be trying to have the charge disputed on my card, hopefully that will work. They sent the email saying they can't refund and it had a reply button. Tried that then got an email saying that my email wasn't the one I originally used, bull. They're playing games with me.
