“I am done with uber eats. Now its not only buying my orders from store far away from my home but they are always inaccurate and often is impossible to get the food refunded or delivered. NO more. I am committed to other provider. Done”

“Ok so I’m warning everyone do not use Uber Eats!! They take you money and tips but they send a damn robot to a large hospital in midtown and I still didn’t receive my food. Uber Eats is a rip off and and conniving will take your money and not reimburse you right away. I warned you all don’t use Uber eats ever.”

“Just got off work. Ordered some food. And this is the first time ever it doesn't arrive at all. And they said they did. They didn't take a pic when saying it arrived. I went out there immediately and door cam didnt catch anything to no food. Called support right away and said unfortunately we cant reimburse you. So screwed out of $20 and no food.”

“I live in the far north of the city and usually when Im searching for food, the local restaurants come up first. However when I ordred my food, the location was in the south of the city so I cancelled it immediately. The next morning I received a message from uber eats saying there will be no refund as the merchant already began to prepare the food. I spoke with Uber eats and they said there would be no refund. The reason why i cancelled it right away was there was no way a driver would of picked it up and drive 45 minutes. I cancelled my uber eats account as there customer service is horrible and wont do business with them again.”

“This is my 3rd and last time canceling and Uber Eats order in just the past few weeks. They take hours longer for delivery than what it is supposed to. If I want something in 2-3 hours I’d go myself! The point is to get quick service. I’ll never use Uber Eats again. Terrible service.”

“The driver we had, Chrisas(I dunno, justan evil Marvelvillain, was rude to my husband and threatened to drop off our delivery and a random spot and just to take the tip, she had another thing coming..DO NOT GIVE HER A TIP!!! She obviously doesn't care about doing her job! I've been in touch with both Firehouse and Uber. Hopefully she doesn't work with either soon!”

“I was charged for two Uber Eats orders I never made while on a trip to Mexico. My phone was in my pocket the whole time. The app was no help — just useless chatbots. I called support twice, and both times they transferred me to Spanish-speaking agents who recited something and hung up. I had to call my bank to cancel the charges. This is stealing. Uber should be ashamed. I deleted the app and will never use their services again.”

“I spent 45 dollars they gave me the wrong item and wouldn’t give me my money back or give me what I paid for. I also have problems with stores messing up my order not getting order missing multi items and they never help me just basically rob me, no credit or refund given.”

“I spent my last on food for my kids the food came basically raw!! I spent 38 bucks plus tip I received 3.67 refund All I wanted was my food but I can’t talk to anyone!! I will never use there services again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I know!!”

“Uber eats will only credit an item that is wrong or missing and when the item is dessert we know that this can ruin the meal and we pay for delivery and pick up all items should be accounted for. If we were in a restaurant the entire meal would be credited.”

“Ordered from Chilis a little after 5:30. The uber eats driver kept saying he was having car trouble. So i told him i would go meet him. 4 hours later he was still having " car trouble" I followed the map on my phone to where he was located and messaged him to let him know i was coming i rolled up to some people eating my supper. At the same time recieving a message that he was "returning" my food to the hostess at the resturant. So I left and headed to the resturant. They were closing, had no hostess, and no returns had been made!! If i could put a lesser star I would!”

“I have been ordering through UberEats for a long time. Its always hit and miss. This time I ordered from this Bubble Tea place and attached a code to my order for delivery. My order was never delivered and customer service says they saw no problem and denied my claim. I never received my order. Driver didn't take a picture nor did I give my code attached to my order. Im really getting tired and frustrated with this app. I pay my monthly subscription, pay for my order and tip drivers on every order; therefore I expect to have my order delivered on time and correctly. Im really thinking about leaving the app and just use Uber for rides only.”

“Worst. We ordered sandwiches from our local Wawa. Driver got there and food was picked up by someone else. He said he would ask them to remake and then just cancelled the order. No communication from the driver! Now, we have to wait 3 to 5 to get our money back and have no food. Uber Eats has no phone number and chat people dont care just disconnected us . We wanted to share information from store manager. Its a scam. Use Door Dash. We only tried Uber because of coupon. Not worth it. Pay full price with Door Dash and get your food!!!”

“They are ridiculous. I canceled my food order within seconds of ordering and it never cancelled. When I went to help in chat boys I hit cancel and because I cancelled I got charged for the whole meal because the merchant would have prepared the food. It was fast food it’s not like chef Ramsey is cooking it!!! I understand a cancellation fee but to charge you the whole meal? That is absolutely absurd!!! This app sucks I tried them 3 times and I will delete them off my phone! Door dash is so much better!!!! I will make sure my family and friends does not use Uber eats and”
