Customer service is horrible. She gaslit me the whole time. My order went to the wrong address and I have been ordering to my current address for the last 3 months when I told her this she said the problem is on my end and I need to make sure I lut the correct address which I know I did and explained to her and she still gaslit me. No offer for refund or even credit offered for obviously a glitch in their system. Boycotting uber eats now. Bye

OK last night I ordered a broccoli chicken Alfredo one of their caramel ice cream desserts and a watermelon tea from Applebee’s near my area using the Uber eats system. The total cost was nearly $30. The chicken Alfredo broccoli thing alone was $22. The driver came and basically told me That the restaurant was busy as an excuse for handing me the wrong drink and nothing else when I reported it to Uber eats to Uber. All they gave me back was 950. Trust me it will be the last time I use this system because I do not appreciate theft

I should be given the option to give a negative star. This service should go away, and investigated. This is the worse service I’ve ever experienced.

I have been ordering from Uber Eats for years. Received an order the other night that was completely inedible contacted Uber support who issued a refund and then by the next day they had reversed the refund. It's now radio silence. Bye-bye, Uber. I have photos of the slop that was delivered but I can't upload them. I somehow think that is probably on purpose.

They frequently screw up orders and refuse to do anything to fix the issues with their delivery. The most they will ever offer is a "partial" refund which does nothing to fix the missing food.

I received my order from olive garden the driver left at the door when I went to pick it up the bag had a strong odor of perfume. It was so strong I threw the entire order in the trash and took trash outside to get rid of the strong odor very disappointed

My delivery driver Alex Armando NJ3P4M never delivered the Panera food to the children’s hospital where my sister was waiting in the lobby for. When I called he said he left it at ER entrance reception not main entrance where address instructions were for. My sister walked over to ER entrance where there was reception and armed guard was and they said the delivery guy parked in circle drop off spot got out and then got back in his car and drove away. I was given a picture of my bag order but it does not show it is at the hospital so for all I know it is on Alex’s kitchen counter. He never once apologized just said request a refund. Nonetheless my sister never got food 💔😡. I will never be ordering from here again. Ps. My order is supposed to be refunded in 3-10 business days, and I will not be refunded the recommended tip amount I agreed to when I purchased. So Alex got a tip and my food! 💩

Uber, before you hire a driver you should make sure they have a basic understanding of the law. I routinely see your drivers stop in places that are simply dangerous. Well and clearly marked.

We ordered Burger King through Uber Eats Friday night. Two of our five sandwiches were missing. Not only that but we were overcharged on one of the sandwiches. We tried calling Burger King and guess what, no answer. Then a recording comes on that the voicemail hasn’t been set up? Uber Eats claims they cannot give us a refund because their order and Burger King’s receipt matches. Excuse me, but how can Uber Eats prove the missing sandwiches were in our bag? We are done with the Burger King in Laurel, MD and also Uber Eats!

I ordered some food yesterday and i never received my food my uber eats driver took my food and when i contacted HELP they said i was eligible for a refund or to have some of my money back. so basically i was scammed out of $20

I've had a membership for years. Last time I ordered food it arrived cold-especially the soup! My microwave was packed away due to a water loss in my home. I addressed my complaint that day and got no compensation or response from UberEats. Now I want to cancel my membership.

Uber Eats truly doesn’t care to lose a customer for life, because they have so many of them. Customer Service Reps (overseas) are there to fill the seats and nothing more. There was no resolve of any kind for my issue and they are reading scripts when talking. Never heard an apology either, because it’s not on a script, apparently. This is a HQ level issue and I won’t support any brands owned by Uber.

Don't get me wrong. Uber does their best to provide good service, and their drivers in general are great. Their app, however, is just busted. Don't ever order their BOGO's. Every time I have ordered a BOGO or a discount Buy X get Y type deal from them, the program has left out items, even though it is displaying the items at check out. Quite simply, they are not honoring their agreement, and you should only trust that you'll get the item you clicked, and nothing more, if there is a deal attached to it. You do not get two for one deals. You don't get the discounts. After three months, I'm feed up. I'm unsure I'll continue ordering, but for sure don't trust any bargains that they are offering on the app. The program doesn't know how to handle it.

Fast ! But I have a suggestion and is that when driver takes an order until they don't pick up food it doesn't gives you the address to drivers. It should said place to pick with address included so drivers can see distance or where is the delivery!

Ordered Jimmy John’s and after the order was confirmed, a notice was received that the food was being delivered by uber eats. I will never order from Jimmy John’s again. The order was missing items and the drink was not delivered. The driver, Gaby, ignored my texts and calls. I was left with no way to seek assistance other than completing the survey and giving a review. Worst thing Jimmy John’s could have done.

Be careful ordering from this restaurant using Ubereats. I paid almost $50 for order including driver tip and the food was COLD and the drink didn't have a safety lid. Contacted Wingstop, they were like we will take notes. Contacted Ubereats, system said I don't qualify for any credits. If you want to wait 40 mins to get cold food and a drink with NO SAFETY LID and not be satisfied with your food, this is the service for you.
