When my driver dropped my pizza on the carpet outside my hotel room door uber eats said not to worry we won't make you pay for the order. What about my pizza?? No replacement ??? I'm still starving and they don't care. I had to order another pizza directly firm the restaurant and their driver delivered it ... an hour after the original order was expected -never use this service - they don't care about their customers at all. Lots of other food delivery options are available , use a different one. Terrible customer service !!!

This application has been compromised, resulting in unauthorized access and the fraudulent use of my payment information. Charges totaling $200.00 were incurred within a single day. I have since removed all sensitive data and uninstalled the application.

The fact that they now have you provide a pin to even leave your food is so inaccurate. This is the first time I have ordered my food and didn't receive it. They refuse to refund my order after not receiving because I provided the pin to the delivery person. Uber eats is just stealing money at this point from customers. Highly recommend not doing this if you don't plan on being at your place to relieve your food.

The main items for my ordering were NOT delivered! I was only partially refunded. The courier who left my items should be required to make it right!!!

I just had a horrible experience with Uber eats as I did place an order within one minute of my order. I tried to cancel to where I got a 404 error code. I then contacted the store right away. The merchant said not a problem it would be canceled. I then contacted Uber eats chat to whom I was assuming I was speaking to a person it ended up being the bot, who then intern cancelled my order by still charging me. I then went to the customer service sent them pictures of the timing asking for the refund immediately was denied, and the chat was ended without even a further discussion. This is absolutely ridiculous. Will never use them again. Horrible service will definitely be using DoorDash from now on and will advise all friends and family and social media.

Uber eats should be closed if you order food it take mad long I swear almost 2 hours to deliver on 5 minute drive and they should hear better person for delivery. Very disappointed

Worst experience !!! Please hire a better delivery ubereat driver also improve your customer service !! Atleast the restaurant apologized that the food was not delivered !

It doesn’t show the delivery fee before you hit confirm order you will be surprised the amount. I paid $45 just for 2 coffee and biscuit I hope this helps to everyone

They charged me an almost $20 delivery fee for 2 small cartons of ice cream from a CVS that is literally 3 minutes away. Such a scam!!

Horrible ! Customer service is not up to par. They won’t refund you over $3-5 even when you haven’t received the item. SMH

Uber delivery guy was rude and could barely speak English. He asked for a code after he handed me the food. I tried to explain that I didn’t have a code but he wouldn’t give up. After some shouting I think he asked for a photo so I said I would and shut the door, but before I could send them he was banging on my front door a few swear words later I had to call the police because he stepped inside the house, only then did he go. Also he parked his bike in the middle of the road and no one could get past

My son was at a hotel for a wrestling tournament and they left out his chicken tenders and gallon of sweet tea. They said since we didn’t take a photo we couldn’t get refunded! I could have easily taken a photo but didnt know I had to and they didn’t respond back until the next day! So my son went without dinner! Shame on you Uber Eats !

Another spectacular failure by Uber by not delivering a full McDonald's order AGAIN! To add insult to injury, their customer service team gives you this reply: Upon looking into the details of your order, in line with our policy, we're unable to provide a refund on this occasion. We appreciate this is disappointing and we know this isn't the answer you were expecting but hope you can understand the reasons for our decision. Upon asking about policy or terms and condition details this decision is based on, you get no further information. This happens all to often with Uber. Train your drivers to pick up the complete order or hand over the complete order, simple!

Guzman Y Gomez melton One star is too much!!! Meal was inedible and nothing like I have had before. No cheese no sour cream chips had dissolved …cold. Not warm COLD bin worthy is all it’s good for.

Title: Overpricing, Unauthorized Substitutions & Useless Customer Support I recently placed a grocery order through Uber Eats and was shocked by the price discrepancies and unexpected substitutions. According to the store receipt, my groceries totaled $43.64, yet Uber Eats charged me $61.37—an alarming $17.73 difference. For example: - Synergy Kombucha: The store receipt lists it at $2.50 per bottle (discounted from $4.49), while Uber Eats charged $5.05 per bottle—more than double the actual price. - Onion: The store receipt shows it at $0.32, but Uber Eats charged $1.45—for a very small onion! Additionally, Uber Eats substituted items without my approval. I never selected Brownie Duet Bites as a replacement for Madeleine, nor Josef’s Pita Bread for Stonefire Flatbread Mini Naan. To make matters worse, I placed this order immediately after a restaurant order, expecting free delivery as advertised. Before writing this review, I attempted to resolve the issue through Uber Eats support. However, the only way to voice concerns is via chat, where I was met with pre-scripted, robotic responses that did nothing to address the problem. The support feature is completely useless. Such pricing discrepancies, unauthorized substitutions, and poor customer service erode customer trust.

Twice I received an incomplete order, but tonight I didn't receive my dinner order at all even though the driver reported it delivered. Hope whoever received it enjoyed Mexican food.

They charged me for Uberone then charged me a delivery fee. I asked them to cancel the Uberone numerous times they didn’t. When I called to get my money back they said I would get a phone call in 24-48 hours they just called me and it was 10 days later.
