“Service is generally good, but that depends on the writer, which can be hit or miss. I’ve used Ultius off and on for years. However, their customer service/support has wained in recent years. Considering the prices per page, Ultius should consider offering more frequent discounts for loyal customers and reusable discount code for its military customers. Any discount is better than nothing.”

“The writers at Ultius are absolute life-savers! It's not that I am lazy or don't want to do the work, but as a full-time employee, parent, caregiver to elderly parents, pursuing an advanced degree is necessary but sometimes life and schedules can get too overwhelming! The writers are vastly knowledgeable and great with communication. I am more than impressed and extremely satisfied! I have consistently worked with one writer, Whistler 42540, and they are the reason why I will continue to order from Ultius! Thank you, Whistler 42540!”

“I usually do not write reviews unless I think it is beneficial for others to know about my experience. This is my second time using Ultius writing service. I have to say the quality of work is very poor. I submitted my first assignment for review and received the final draft with only a sentence changed. For my second order I am still waiting for my final revised version mind you it was due 2 days ago. I have to say the level of professionalism of these writers is getting bad to worse. This is my last time using the company, I have since then reordered my paper from a different site and have received both A's on the assignment. I wish everyone luck with these writers.”

It looks like that was the overall reason. This isn't indicative of our platform. However, we do not expect our clients to suffer. Did you know that you are able to block certain writers from viewing your orders? If you decide to give us another opportunity, we recommend blocking the writer from your last two orders, so you may find another one that meets all of your expectations. Emergencies happen. Nevertheless, working with the same writer will give you peace of mind. It's just a suggestion. We support your decision to move on. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experiences.
