Hi, I am so glad you enjoy your Relax With Art books! I understand there is no longer a discount in price for this subscription. We used to work on behalf of publishers, fulfilling dispatch for them but we now get our stock from them and work independently to fulfil these. This means unfortunately, we can no longer offer the free postage option which was available previously with publishers. Thanks for your understanding and apologies for any inconvenience. Hi, hope you are well? I am sorry but I hope you understand this is a publisher decision, which is completely out of our control. We have amended future sub options to accompany this change so when you go to renew, it will clearly show you get the options of 3 issues over 6 months or 6 issues over 12 months. Apologies for any inconvenience caused with this change but I am glad you like the challenging element of this magazine. You will get all issues paid for it just may last a little longer than originally expected. Thanks, Ellie😊

I am thrilled the dispatch was speedy and our customer service was satisfactory. I understand costs can be higher however, this pricing is all worked out on multiple factors. We get magazines from suppliers which comes at a cost, then we must consider postage and packaging as well as the fact we are a business running on profit. Thanks for the feedback! “Generally having good experiences but once I had a magazine not getting delivered and when reached out the representative only resent tracking saying it was delivered but it was to a new address. I have since ordered again to a reliable address but haven't picked it up yet but I have faith it was delivered like the ones prior to the mistake”

“I am quite pleased with the knitting magazine, however, I don’t think I would knit any of the featured patterns. I prefer something not too way out, more classic and with better finishes than the ones showed.”
