Hi, Sorry to hear this.
Please be assured the reason we would have sent the email after the payment was made, is because this is when we would have been given the information of the publisher of the magazine. This means what will happen is you will get all 13 issues you have paid for, but rather than it lasting one year, it will now last longer due to the frequency the magazine is now released. This means you have effectively paid for 13 issues and this is what you will get.
We have little control over the release dates of the magazine and are informed by publishers, then contact the customers right away.
I am sorry about this but you have not been charged too much, as you will get all issues you have paid for.

Hi, I have been in contact with you regarding this. From our end, there is no proof to show you selected the start date to be after Christmas. If it was selected by yourself, the only thing it could be is a system error, in which it was sent to publishers without this requested date. We are sorry about this.
Further to this, we have seen no previous contact to us on email regarding the amending date of the delivery and I did respond to you 3 hours ago regarding this, as it is little proof without a date the email was sent and a screenshot of the agent's response.
Unfortunately, we could not correct the start date when the first issue had already been sent and arrived, as the sub has begun as active. If it was already on the way, we could never stop it from arriving and I am so sorry.
I will continue to discuss this with you via email whenever you can get back to me, so we can ensure to help you come to a preferred resolution.

Please do consider, before you go to the end of the order process it will ask you to confirm all delivery and billing details are correct and so it is worth checking this before you checkout, to avoid this happening.
