“I am very disappointed with the magazines I have received. They are delivered without any protection and arrived in bad condition. I know I should standard shipping, but I didn't expect to receive magazine in a thin plastic bag (I made an order from other websites, and never received anything this bad), and I wonder even if I have chosen Express service, I'd receive anything better. You should take packaging /packing more serious. not than just a thin plastic bag to ship oversea. The deliver time is fine, but I am not impressed with my first order. For my next purchase with Unique Magazine, I might consider buying from you only when you have very rare magazines I couldn't find else where.

“Over 3 weeks now and still not been delivered. I honestly can't understand when a magazine has been out awhile it still takes you forever to deliver them. You say was sent out 22nd January, even by 2nd class post it shouldn't take this long!
By time I recieve it there'll be 3 new issues already come out the way you go.
I did order a gossip/news magazine by time it arrives it'll be a history magazine!”

Thank you for your feedback. You ordered a subscription from us on 18th Jan. You should have received a confirmation email of your order. This particular title gets sent directly from the publisher. It can take up to 6 weeks to start receiving issues. Some publishers send you a letter or an email advising you of the start date of your subscription. The current issue went on sale on 14th Jan and runs through until 8th May. Which issue were you requiring as your first issue? If you would like this as your first issue, please get in touch at enquiries@uniquemagazines.co.uk and we will contact the publisher to see if this is possible for you. Kind Regards

“My item never arrived and I missed the 28 day time limit to query it. I understand it can't be too drawn out, but I genuinely forgot I was expecting it. There was no email to say delivery had been attempted it was delayed.”
“I was very disappointed that a magazine that I purchased on subscription as a gift for Christmas, came through my door at the start of December in a clear plastic wrapper , with my young daughters name written across it. She picked it up and immediately thought it was for her to open and gave. Her Christmas surprise gift was spoiled due to what I consider thoughtlessness. If something is purchased as a gift, surely you would make the effort to hide what the gift was in some way? I am incredibly disappointed with Unique Magazines as a result of this. I won’t be using them again.”
Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry for the disappointment that has been caused. There was nothing on your order stating it was a Christmas Gift. We do have an option to purchase subscriptions to begin after Christmas. Then the order would not start till January. The next issue has been posted today. However, I have wrapped it in a grey plastic bag so your daughter will not be able to see what is inside and you can put it away until Christmas. It looks like a lovely issue, I'm sure your daughter will love it. For the inconvenience you have had I have extended your subscription by 1 issue. Therefore there are still 11 issues remaining on your subscription. All issues sent after Christmas will be sent in a clear bag. Our customers tell us their children love seeing their comics arrive in the post addressed to themselves. I hope you have no further issues with your subscription.
