Hello, Thank you for your review. I am terribly sorry you have had problems getting in touch. Our offices are open Monday to Friday 9am till 4.30pm. We have been closed on bank holiday Monday also. I have seen a member of our team has been in touch with you regarding your subscription. The latest issue was posted to Australia on 21st August. “I am sincerely hoping that you have refunded £18+ to PayPal in respect of this "purchase"
PayPal paid you the money but your site told me that there was an error with the order. You did not confirm to me by email that an order or payment existed so I was naturally concerned about security.
I therefore immediately cancelled the order with and asked for a refund. I did the same with PayPal.
For you at this late stage to say an order exists is deeply worrying”

“ordered a magazine in April of 2019. Received a notice in July that it was not available and given a voucher to order a different magazine. I live in the US and did not want any of the other magazines. Contacted them several times regarding refund and did not get an answer.”

“Order arrived today which was around two weeks after I ordered. I ordered two magazines which arrived sealed in their own separate bags then sealed in another plastic bag. All bags were in perfect condition but when opened both magazines were shredded along the spines, one to the point it is falling apart. With no damage to the bags it’s obvious they were like that before they were sent. Very poor, will not be using again”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. The current issue which went on sale on 5th June runs through to 10th July. If we had of had stock your subscription would have started with this issue. Unfortunately, this issue sold out and your subscription will start with the next issue due on 10th July.

Thank you for your feedback. The magazine you had ordered has a promotion ran by the publisher for UK customers only. As you live in Ireland and not the UK you are not entitled to receive the current promotion. The price of this magazine for delivery to Europe is higher as it is not half price and included within the UK only promotion. When you were ordering your magazine, if you had of changed the country to Ireland it would have updated with the current prices and then you would have been able to choose whether or not to go ahead with your purchase with the correct price for Ireland. We noticed your error straight away and got in touch with you to notify you and also refunded your order straight away. Kind Regards
