I have chosen july burda and received June Was very difficult approach to choose, keep asking for july and keep appearing as current issue on the check out and at the end I have got july Very unsatisfactory

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. The current issue which went on sale on 5th June runs through to 10th July. If we had of had stock your subscription would have started with this issue. Unfortunately, this issue sold out and your subscription will start with the next issue due on 10th July.

Very disappointed with this experience as I made a purchase online only to then be refunded as the company had undercharged me. And expected me to pay 4 times original price

Thank you for your feedback. The magazine you had ordered has a promotion ran by the publisher for UK customers only. As you live in Ireland and not the UK you are not entitled to receive the current promotion. The price of this magazine for delivery to Europe is higher as it is not half price and included within the UK only promotion. When you were ordering your magazine, if you had of changed the country to Ireland it would have updated with the current prices and then you would have been able to choose whether or not to go ahead with your purchase with the correct price for Ireland. We noticed your error straight away and got in touch with you to notify you and also refunded your order straight away. Kind Regards

Never ordered anything and receiving Spam every month on a non public e-Mail (company must use mails from an illegal source!). Unsubscribing doesn't work!

Hello, You have ordered multiple Daphne's Diary subscriptions from Unique Magazines. We handle all of the UK subscriptions on behalf of the publisher. The unsubscribe button should work. However, I will remove your email address from our system. Therefor you will also no longer receive any dispatch emails from us. Kind Regards

Magazines arrive on time, but when i wanted to renew it only accepts payment via paypal. I do not want to create a pay pal account. Pity, i would have liked to renew my subscription.

I keep getting asked to renew a subscription which is a duplicate for another subscription and the website doesn’t enable me to cancel it.

Ordered this and was sent an old copy as my first issue, then it states you will receive your copy on the day it’s released but this is not true

Thank you for your feedback. We receive Take A break magazine on a Wednesday and they are posted to our customers on a Wednesday. The on sale date is the Thursday. You should expect to receive it within a couple of days. I will extend your subscription by the one issue you already had. Therefor you still have 12 issues remaining,

No sign of my ordered magazine. I placed an order for Flow magazine on January 30th 2019. I had to email them days later for a shipping confirmation before they told me thay my order had shipped on the same day. I was told it would take 7-14 working days to receive my order. After this time passed, I was told that I should please wait until the end of February before I requested for a refund in case the magazine finally showed up. I emailed on March 1st and today, March 4th and suddenly, they are not replying my emails. The lady I'd been corresponding with tried to imply that shipping to Nigeria was the issue; I receive parcels from Amazon and ASOS, so I know that shipping from international retailers to Nigeria is not impossible. I will keep emailing until I get a refund. I would not recommend them.

Thank you for your feedback. This has all been resolved now and we have refunded your order which was posted on 30th Jan. We confirmed the address and asked you to wait for the length of time Royal Mail ask us to allow before we assume it has been lost in the post. This is not the usual delivery time that we would expect the magazines to be delivered. We post worldwide on a daily basis and rarely have any issues. We use Royal Mail for all of our post as we find this to be the most reliable service at a good price. I am very sorry that we were unable to get the magazine to you. However, there is a chance it may still turn up as it was posted to your address on 30th Jan. Paid for 3 months delivery of whats on tv. emailed last week to say being sent but my housebound mum did not receive the magazine - really poor show and so many emails about how it was all sorted and let down on the first week! will be contacting today for refund

I am very disappointed with the magazines I have received. They are delivered without any protection and arrived in bad condition. I know I should standard shipping, but I didn't expect to receive magazine in a thin plastic bag (I made an order from other websites, and never received anything this bad), and I wonder even if I have chosen Express service, I'd receive anything better. You should take packaging /packing more serious. not than just a thin plastic bag to ship oversea. The deliver time is fine, but I am not impressed with my first order. For my next purchase with Unique Magazine, I might consider buying from you only when you have very rare magazines I couldn't find else where. Thank you. Kanjana Tachawattanakun from Thailand

Over 3 weeks now and still not been delivered. I honestly can't understand when a magazine has been out awhile it still takes you forever to deliver them. You say was sent out 22nd January, even by 2nd class post it shouldn't take this long! By time I recieve it there'll be 3 new issues already come out the way you go. I did order a gossip/news magazine by time it arrives it'll be a history magazine!
