Didn’t alert me to the fact that they had no stock of the product I ordered. I then asked about the whereabouts of my order a week later and they told me it was out of stock and had never been dispatched. Was given an email to get a refund but the email address is not a valid email address. I would like a refund please.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I have checked your order and your magazine was posted first class on 6th Jan. It should have arrived the next day. Unfortunately, we do not have any further stock to be able to resend this for you. I will get this order refunded today for you. I am sorry the magazine didn't arrive to you. I wrote a critical review on 7 January and the system said it would be published. No sign yet some 3 days later. What's the point!

I ordered Daphnie's Diary £36.00 for my wife and the money was taken out of my account 19/11/2019 but to date have seen nothing. Please advise details of any despatches made.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I can confirm your subscription was successful and the first issue was posted on Friday 10th Jan - issue 01. Subscriptions for Daphne's Diary always start from the next issue, we do also state this on the product page for our customers to see. Your free gifts are being sent directly from the publisher in the Netherlands and should be on their way to you if not already received. Your subscription will run from issue 01-08 in 2020. Incredibly slow at sending orders. I only use if I can't get out myself and prepare myself for a good 2-3 weeks wait.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We handle distribution for Daphne's Diary in the UK. This publication is only posted once per issue. This is why it can seem a long time for a subscription to start. However, we can start a subscription early, if requested. However, once the order has started, customers should receive their magazines before they go on sale in the shops. Issue 01 will be posted next Friday. Kind Regards

Item has not arrived, when I rang customer services, was told publisher ran out very early on. Was told enquiries would be made whether article was on way or refund due, still have not heard! No ode whether waiting for item or refund.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We did try to obtain extra copies from our usual supplier for this magazine, but they were closed for Christmas. We have however managed to find stock from another supplier and your magazine should be with us on Monday. We will then send it straight out to you first class on Monday. hopefully, it will be with you on Tuesday. I am very sorry for the delay in receiving the magazine. Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Your subscription is due to start with the next issue. We have no stock remaining of the current issue which went on sale on 10th October. This magazine is a quarterly magazine so i suspect the next issue to be around Feb time. If you are not happy to wait please get in touch and we can refund your order. Ordered the magazine just after it was released and didn’t receive it a week later still and had to email myself to find where it was and it was out of stock. Received no updates on whether I would be refunded still 4 days after this and then received the wrong issue magazine in the post. Emailed again to be told it was a mistake and to send it back myself and then they told me the magazine I originally wanted was back in stock, but I had to ask this myself to know. Extremely poor and disappointing.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Please let me apologise for the lack of communication you have received from us. The particular magazine you ordered from us was in super high demand compared with a normal weekly issue. We do not usually receive such high volume of that magazine. Your order was placed the day before the magazine went on sale. We could not obtain extra supply from our normal sources of that particular issue. We have sourced enough magazines now to fulfil all orders placed for this magazine as we did not want to let any of our customers down and say we couldn't supply. We have worked tirelessly to obtain this issue and we are waiting for it to arrive as we speak. As soon as it does it will be shipped to you first class delivery. As the next weeks issue then came into stock, the order was sent in error. I have now briefed the whole team at unique magazines that they need to let our customers know asap. We did not know we were going to be able to get the magazine for sure so we didn't want to let anyone down. I am sorry that you have had this experience with us and you feel disappointed. I am pleased we will be able to send you the magazine you ordered when it does come into stock. I placed the order for my 12 month subscription on the 27th Nov. As of 16th December i still have no digital access. I have tried to call to sort but receiving very limited help and assisitance I do not recommend Unique Magazines I'm afraid. Very disappointing service.

Thank you for your feedback. I am afraid the title you have ordered is a publisher title and it can take up to six weeks for them to process the order. We are working closely with this publisher to get this set up as soon as possible for you and Jessica will let you know as soon as this is done and give you the details you require. Magazine badly damaged.Would be better getting it second hand. Better packaging would have helped.At least offer a service where a carded envelope could used to send the item. Not impressed.

I have not received my magazine yet, was ordered on the 28th, due out on 30th November. It is now the 8th December. Messaged company yesterday, no reponse yet, only an email asking me to write a review 'for my recent purchase'
