Take a Break is posted on a Wednesday and That's Life is posted on a Thursday. I am afraid we receive the magazines on their on sale date and cannot get them any sooner. We post them out the same day and you should expect to receive them within a couple of days. I am very sorry that you have not been happy with the service you have received. I am sorry that you have found the web chat poor. Due to the current conditions we are down to only one customer service adviser who is working from home to adhere to the social distancing measures. “I paid for a subscription to Good Food Magazine for my daughter’s Christmas present in November. The January edition never arrived, so I contacted you and was told that one had definitely been sent out, but must have got lost in the post. Address was checked etc. I now find out that February’s magazine has not been delivered, either! I had to ask as my daughter was too embarrassed to tell me. Some Christmas present! “Placed the order November 18th 2019 and had to cancel 28th January 2020 as the order was never received, despite chasing up about 5 or 6 times. I am not ordering from Unique magazines again. The agent of the publisher was unavailable therefore I never got my order. Unfortunate. Of course they are now refunding me.”

Unfortunately we no longer work with this particular publisher and the title has since been removed from the site. I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
