“Useless. Ordered this as a gift for my 85 year old mother during covid 19. Didn't receive anything for ages. Then realised the first issue could take 6 weeks to be delivered so cancelled the order by email and DM on Twitter as couldn't get through on phones. Then, I got the Easter issue of the magazine and my mum got the welcome letter, so they mixed us around. Also, in the correspondence, they have me as Mrs and my mum as Mr. How many more mistakes can they make?”

“Far too expensive £50+ for 2 mags (2 x 13 issues) when 1 mag costs £1.05 and the other 82p total cost £24.31 = over 100% mark up. The other mag my mum wanted, I managed to source elsewhere, was £10.99 for 13 issues (issues @ £1.05 each) meaning I saved £2.66. Only used because of Coronavirus situation. Will NEVER use again as they appear to be profiteering. Make your money whilst you can, you'll be cast aside once this pandemic is over.”

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I am afraid they would never get sent in same package as they go on sale on different days. Take a Break is posted on a Wednesday and That's Life is posted on a Thursday. I am afraid we receive the magazines on their on sale date and cannot get them any sooner. We post them out the same day and you should expect to receive them within a couple of days. I am very sorry that you have not been happy with the service you have received. I am sorry that you have found the web chat poor. Due to the current conditions we are down to only one customer service adviser who is working from home to adhere to the social distancing measures. “I paid for a subscription to Good Food Magazine for my daughter’s Christmas present in November. The January edition never arrived, so I contacted you and was told that one had definitely been sent out, but must have got lost in the post. Address was checked etc. I now find out that February’s magazine has not been delivered, either! I had to ask as my daughter was too embarrassed to tell me. Some Christmas present! What sort of service is this?”
