I have only received one magazine so far and that came middle of the week that the listings were for. Is this because of problems with Royal Mail or problems your end? If this is not covid related and normal service then I will be cancelling my subscription

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I can confirm so far we have posted 2 magazines out. We have changed the postage of the TV magazines to be first class to ensure they will be with our customers as soon as possible. They come out on a Tuesday and are posted on a Tuesday. You should expect to receive it now on a Wednesday or Thursday in time for them to begin on the Saturday. I will extend your subscription by 1 issue to compensate for the one you haven't received. Hello thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry we have not yet replied to your email. Due to the current Covid 19 situation we are working on very limited staff. We are trying our best and I apologise this has not been quicker. We have very high volumes of emails at the moment and high volumes of orders. I can confirm we have posted one issue as you mentioned. If we have stock of the subscription ordered it begins straight away. As you already have this issue I will extend the subscription by 1 issue to compensate for you and you will still have the full 12 issues to come. I hope you have no further issues with your subscription. However, if you do I aim to be back to normal customer service operations so you query will be dealt with much quicker. Never received goods - sent emails and no response and when phoned answerphone mailbox is full. Was subscription for mother on weekly basis and she never received one, Looking to recover money.

Queries are usually replied to within 24 hours. However, we are experiencing very high volumes of messages at the moment. Hello, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that your grandson has not yet received his first magazine. I can confirm that Kick magazine is sent directly from the publisher and it can take up to 6 weeks to start receiving issues. The latest issue came on sale on 9th April, please can you let me know if this issue has not yet been received. Well, I can be brief about this: until today april 7, I haven't received my already paid for product!! So, would appreciate follow up on the delay, please.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear the magazine has not yet arrived. I can confirm it was posted first class to France on 30th March. Delivery usually only takes 5-7 working days. However, the Royal Mail have informed us that there are significant delays to certain countries and France is one of them. I received my tv choice a week after I ordered it but I made a mistake on ordering as I've click 2 so now I received 2 of the same. Plus I'm paying way too much for magazine as in shop it's 65p for each magazine and I've paid over 17 pound I'm not happy I won't be renewing my subscription.

Useless. Ordered this as a gift for my 85 year old mother during covid 19. Didn't receive anything for ages. Then realised the first issue could take 6 weeks to be delivered so cancelled the order by email and DM on Twitter as couldn't get through on phones. Then, I got the Easter issue of the magazine and my mum got the welcome letter, so they mixed us around. Also, in the correspondence, they have me as Mrs and my mum as Mr. How many more mistakes can they make?

I purchased the January magazine in December from the US and I have not received it yet .Several e-mails sent for a status and no response to date. Magazine -£28.00 Me-NOTHING!

I haven’t received my magazine yet so I can’t really give a review! It would help if you told a customer when the magazines can be expected. I know it’s a difficult time at the moment but a simple email would be helpful. I’m hoping of course that I will receive my magazines soon!

Far too expensive £50+ for 2 mags (2 x 13 issues) when 1 mag costs £1.05 and the other 82p total cost £24.31 = over 100% mark up. The other mag my mum wanted, I managed to source elsewhere, was £10.99 for 13 issues (issues @ £1.05 each) meaning I saved £2.66. Only used because of Coronavirus situation. Will NEVER use again as they appear to be profiteering. Make your money whilst you can, you'll be cast aside once this pandemic is over.

could get it in the shop a week in advance every Tuesday. The magazine will not arrive till between 3 to 5 days after it came out in the shops. Not very pleased

A news sub which can only sporadically issue weekly content. But can ALWAYS issue it for someone else's region! But only if you can wait for 3 days After it appears in shops. Complete waste of time, money and effort. Don't.
