Hello, thank you for your feedback. I can confirm that we sent the correct magazine and issue number you ordered. The publisher of the magazine is responsible for the gifts that come with the magazines. We are sent the magazines as they are dispatched to our customers, we simply bag them and send them to you. We have no control over what is attached to the magazine. I provided you with where to find the information to contact the publisher who would have been able to help you further. I am very sorry that you feel this way. If this was in deed our mistake, for instance if we had sent the wrong magazine or it never arrived, we would of course have resent of refunded you. Please can I ask you to wait longer than usual for it to arrive. I have noted your order. Hello, I am sorry you feel this way. We are doing everything we can to get the TV magazines to our customers as soon as possible. We have now changed to first class postage and they are sent each Tuesday, The Royal Mail are experiencing delays and they are working through the post as soon as they can and as quickly as they can. “4 issue “weekly“ Magazine subscription. I got emails saying “dispatched” but nothing arrived until the 3rd magazine was dispatched. So missing the first 2. Call answerphone “full” - emailed waiting for a response - so glad I only trialled 4. Beware.”

Sarah replies that the missing 2 magazines has not been activated and I would receive them Wednesday/Thursday this week after being dispatched first class on Tuesday. “My first TV Choice issue hasn't yet arrived! I was advised on Tuesday it was posted and should arrive in UP TO 3-5 working days, but as it is now Easter weekend (no post on Friday , Sunday or Monday, Saturday being the 3rd working day), it is not likely to arrive until Tuesday, which is half way through the week that the magazine covers. Surely, as Tuesdays are the days the magazine is available in the shops, shouldn't it have been posted earlier than that day? Not impressed, so far.”

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I can confirm so far we have posted 2 magazines out. We have changed the postage of the TV magazines to be first class to ensure they will be with our customers as soon as possible. They come out on a Tuesday and are posted on a Tuesday. You should expect to receive it now on a Wednesday or Thursday in time for them to begin on the Saturday. I will extend your subscription by 1 issue to compensate for the one you haven't received. We are trying our best and I apologise this has not been quicker. We have very high volumes of emails at the moment and high volumes of orders. I can confirm we have posted one issue as you mentioned. If we have stock of the subscription ordered it begins straight away. As you already have this issue I will extend the subscription by 1 issue to compensate for you and you will still have the full 12 issues to come. I can confirm that Kick magazine is sent directly from the publisher and it can take up to 6 weeks to start receiving issues. The latest issue came on sale on 9th April, please can you let me know if this issue has not yet been received. However, the Royal Mail have informed us that there are significant delays to certain countries and France is one of them. “I received my tv choice a week after I ordered it but I made a mistake on ordering as I've click 2 so now I received 2 of the same. Plus I'm paying way too much for magazine as in shop it's 65p for each magazine and I've paid over 17 pound I'm not happy I won't be renewing my subscription.”
