“I received my first edition of Bella on the 28th November. I emailed unique telling them that I was very disappointed with it as it contained 76 pages of the royals and 15 of adverts. Two pages of quizzes - no stories. I got a reply saying someone would contact me but nobody did - I sent another email but still got no response. I said I wouldn't have started my subscription until next year if I had known it was going to be filled with the above. I have now asked if I can have a further magazine tacked on the end of my subscription but still no reply. Not impressed”

“Issue I ordered was cancelled due to low stock and I wasn’t contacted about it, realised when I saw PayPal refund and contacted Unique. Second issue they were sending instead ran out of stock then. Why take orders you cannot fulfill?im awaiting the third issue that was apparently sent.”

“i have ordered a magazine over a month ago and it hasn’t arrived yet, even though on the delivery times it said it would only take a week. i contacted unique magazine and then they said it would come a couple of days ago, it hasn’t.”

“My wife first read the Cote du Sud magazine on a holiday to Corsica. Subsequently it has been difficult to purchase other than when my daughter went to Paris for her work. After searching the internet I found that Unique Magazines had up to date copies that could be purchased. I placed an order and since then delivery time has been excellent and they keep me informed prior to delivery. Excellent service.”
