I kicked another company into touch re delivery & signed up to you. But sadly your are even worse. When my year subscription is ended I doubt I will renew unless you buck your ideas up. Unfortunately the situation is completely out of our control, especially as we don't work with the publisher directly and go through suppliers to obtain our magazines. It has been a problem obtaining many different titles, not just from Europe, but from the US and around the world. Many other companies have also had the same problem it is not just Unique. Unfortunately it is not as simple as 'getting a grip' - we want to continuously exceed customers expectations and always fulfil orders on time. It is a completely different process to ordering something from Germany directly as a consumer.

“Recently extended my subscription. Have had my weekly magazines delivered for over a year now. Always prompt delivery and in good condition.
Have only had one not delivered and this was more down to Royal Mail that Unique Magazines. They added an extra one onto my subscription to compensate. Can’t fault the service.”

Unfortunately, this has been out of our control, we cannot control whether the publisher can send editions to us or not, or whether a title ceases. Please allow 3-5 working days for this to show in your account. We also have thousands of other titles on our website to choose from which are regularly coming in from suppliers and publishers - with lots of happy long-term subscribers. So I am really sorry that you have had this experience with this particular magazine. “I ordered Burda style for 3 months on 23 December 2021. To date I have not received the January 2022 copy. I rang the office and when my order was checked it was determined that my order had not been activated. This is the third time that I have received poor service from Unique Magazines and I am feeling very cross, hence the poor rating of 1 star”
