They are sent out 1st class each week, but as you are in Germany, we cannot guarantee that they will be received on time. This is due to the delivery delays across the globe the at the moment. Hi Paul, I can confirm that we were in contact in January regarding this title/order. We could no longer obtain the title, which we credited you for on your account. You then requested a refund for this = this was processed on the 21st of January. I hope this helps. Jessica.
