“I ordered a 6 month subscription for a magazine because of the Social Distancing. My first issue was late because of Easter weekend. I emailed Unique Magazines who replied by return offering to replace or refund, but the delay was with the post. I received my missing issue so I’m very happy with Unique Magazines and the service I have received.

“4 issue “weekly“ Magazine subscription. I got emails saying “dispatched” but nothing arrived until the 3rd magazine was dispatched. So missing the first 2. Call answerphone “full” - emailed waiting for a response - so glad I only trialled 4. Beware.”
“I ordered 5 magazines, only 3 delivered. Cannot get through to anybody so wrote a review about my experience. Sarah replies that the missing 2 magazines has not been activated and I would receive them Wednesday/Thursday this week after being dispatched first class on Tuesday. I am still waiting to received gardens illustrated April issue. Please can you advise ASAP this seems to be the only way of communication which is very poor.”
