Hello, thank you for your feedback. I can confirm that we sent the correct magazine and issue number you ordered. The publisher of the magazine is responsible for the gifts that come with the magazines. We are sent the magazines as they are dispatched to our customers, we simply bag them and send them to you. We have no control over what is attached to the magazine. I provided you with where to find the information to contact the publisher who would have been able to help you further. I am very sorry that you feel this way. If this was in deed our mistake, for instance if we had sent the wrong magazine or it never arrived, we would of course have resent of refunded you. Please can I ask you to wait longer than usual for it to arrive. I have noted your order. Hello, I am sorry you feel this way. We are doing everything we can to get the TV magazines to our customers as soon as possible. We have now changed to first class postage and they are sent each Tuesday, The Royal Mail are experiencing delays and they are working through the post as soon as they can and as quickly as they can.
