Only wish there was more subscribers offers, as many magazines offer this to subscribers. Will probably be doing this again in July for my younger grandsons birthday as he seems to like the magazine too.”

“The transaction was quickly fulfilled and the magazine arrived from England in short order. The same magazine in its US version took months to arrive. This copy arrived in under two weeks on my doorstep in the US. I could not believe it got here so quickly, in perfect condition. Unique saved the day, my work was in the magazine I ordered. I needed a copy for an interview and I was desperate to have one for the interview. After weeks of begging the publisher here in the US I gave up and searched for an alternative, thankfully the same contents are published in Europe under a different title an Unique was there to save the day!”

“I subscribed to Lego Friends magazine for my daughter and every issue arrived promptly. When publication of the magazine stopped we were switched to Lego Disney Princess magazine, but given the option to request a cancellation and refund. We switched and my daughter's happy with the alternative. We're very happy with the Unique Magazines service and though we've not had to contact the Customer Service department yet, reading other reviews - they seem very helpful.”

“Unique Magazines is absolutely a scam operation. I ordered a subscription to a men's fashion magazine in October 2020, waited patiently for the magazine issues to begin to arrive, and nothing ever arrived. Not a single issue. So in January 2021,I contacted Unique Magazines via email and after waiting for another two weeks, I finally received a terse email response from what was purportedly their customer service administrator demanding that I pay additional, exhorbitant shipping fees, even though I had paid all subscription prices, costs, and shipping fees when I originally subscribed to the magazine. To add shipping costs after a subscription is paid for is an unlawful business practice, so I reported Unique Magazines to the local British Trading authorities. Stay away from this scam, they are a criminal organization. Cheers.”
Hi, I am sorry to hear this. I can see this order was placed in January 2021.Due to the cover price increasing to £28.00 and the weight being over 3kg, it mean's it is extremely expensive to post this magazine. We were only given this information about the change of the magazine, shortly after your order was originally place. This was a major increase in cost and if your subscription had already began, we would not ask you to pay this difference in price. This price increase means we could not physically provide you with this however, you do not have to pay this additional cost. If you do not wish to pay this, we can refund you the full amount and cancel the subscription. I am sorry that you feel this way and I must emphasise you are not alone in this, as we will have to inform any other customers of this update in cost. Kind Regards, Ellie :)
