“I have this magazine sent abroad as part of a subscription.
I am kept updated on when it is dispatched and when my subscription is coming to an end, it is very easy to renew online.”
“The service is excellent with an email telling me when my current issue is being posted. If I have a question, I receive an answer the same day usually. The only downside is that my subscription is for Scientific American - imported from the US - and not only is there no saving on the cover price (usually the main benefit of a subscription) it actually costs considerably more than the cover price. Next year, if the mark up is still substantially more than the cover price I will probably forgo the convenience of postal delivery and get my local newsagent, only three miles away, to obtain me a copy.”

“Loved receiving my favourite magazines by post, but have now found out the mags I want ar?e only available on digital. Not sure about this as it's so much easier just being able to pick up a magazine when I haven't got much time instead of logging in to a account and finding the page I want.”
“I have been reading What’s On TV for a long time it as I now go out less often it has been a great help having it posted to me. The magazine is full of interesting articles about forthcoming programmes and is set out in an easy to Ollie format.”
“I have always found them to sort any problems quickly I do think that one area to improve is notification when a new issue is about to be dispatched, may be when you place the order they could mail a dispatch calendar showing dispatch dates”
