“I ordered the November issue of Elle USA magazine, when I received it was in a very awful condition, but the same day I sent them a mail they gave me a refund, I hope the next orders will arrive in good condition, but in answer me they were so fast so I’ll 100% do other orders with them!”
Hello, thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry how the magazine arrived and I was shocked when I was shown the photographs. This is not how it should have been delivered. I have shown the photographs to the team and this shouldn't happen again. We are also working on new packaging at Unique so hopefully you will notice a difference with that too.
