“It would have been nice to know which issue of magazine I was ordering. As it said it took up to 6 weeks to set up I purchased the next available issue to give as the present and ended up getting that from you, so had a duplicate. I do feel cost quite high.”

“I was asked by my son to take out a 3 month subscription for my Lego Ninjago mad grandson via the site. Although easy to use I found it infuriatingly vague about when the first issue would be sent to him and whether it would be the current one, the next month's one or one later as the 6 week delivery window is useless when ordering for a birthday present a few weeks forward.”

Thank you for your feedback. I can confirm your magazine is always posted on a Tuesday via Royal Mail. I'm not sure why some weeks it takes longer to arrive as they are posted each Tuesday
