“I signed up to a four edition subscription for a Lego magazine for my son. It said it would take four to six weeks to set up, so I also ordered the November edition as I assumed the December edition would have been the first one I would receive from the subscription.
However they were over efficient and I now have two copies of the November edition! Not a huge problem for me as I'll keep one of them and give it to my son when the subscription runs out (he won't mind having the same one again) but it is a bit of a shame that I've spent extra money on something I don't need.”

“Using web site was easy, even for a 70year old, but why is it so expensive to send the magazine? Almost double the price of high street. I cannot comment on delivery, as the first copy has yet to be sent.”
The first issue was posted on 26th November. This should be with you by now - has it arrived yet? The price involves postage. The Royal Mail classes the magazines as a parcel as they are quite bulk. This is why the cost are quite high. I hope the gift is well received. Kind Regards
“Having bought a subscription as a gift recently it would have been good to have been able to write a note to the recipient telling them it was a gift and who it was from etc. I was disappointed having to call them and say 'did you get my gift' and risk spoiling the surprise if it had not yet arrived.
Other than that I have always been very pleased with your customer service.”
