“Having bought a subscription as a gift recently it would have been good to have been able to write a note to the recipient telling them it was a gift and who it was from etc. I was disappointed having to call them and say 'did you get my gift' and risk spoiling the surprise if it had not yet arrived.
Other than that I have always been very pleased with your customer service.”

“Easy to order and efficient confirmation emails. The only thing I would like is for the whats on mag to arrive a day earlier - Wed would be better than Thurs (I used to get the Radio Times and it arrived earlier in the week).”

Promised reminders of this don't always materialise.”
“They often say that it has been despatched when in fact you do not receive it until you complain. I am still waiting for issue 20 of Pokemon which was posted on the 19th. They have now said that they have put another one in post.
