Just coming to end of a subscription, always received e mail to say magazine on its way, no complaints at all.

I am in the process of restoring a Mk 2 escort panel van & installing a lotus big valve twin cam. The articles in retro ford are most helpful.

Arranged new subscription using your service but you didn't have an option to select with which month's edition the subscription should start. I have had to recycle the first edition received as I already had this copy, I wanted to start from January but you didn't give me this option.

The website used to be easier to use - I now can’t find a way to browse by category of age i.e. children aged 8-10 etc, as I used to be able to.

As an eighty four year old with an alert mind but weakening body I do not know where I would be without my Magazine. The 365 day a year Christmas present. Deepest gratitude to the people who create the puzzles, especially the honeycomb format. Happy Christmas every body.

Great place but the darts world magazines need more in it rather than just a few pages...it used to be full of pictures and puzzles but now it’s just results and fuctures. Needs lots. Ore putting into it.

I ordered a magazine subscription and it arrived even before the promised date, the process was easy to do and the magazine was well wrapped to avoid damage.

A magazine my Granddaughter enjoys so a monthly subscription was a great Xmas gift. The web site was easy to navigate and being able to add a card was excellent. Thank you.

I am pleased with the service I receive from Unique Magazines. I like the fact that they remind me that my subscription is coming to an end, so I can renew if I want to. I did have a problem with receiving my magazines - I contact Unique who sorted out the problem promptly and

They sent me a back issue instead of the newest one. I did not pay to get back issues that I already have. UPDATE: The customer service has responded promptly to my request and the problem was resolved.

I was worried I could not order with a request to start delivery after Christmas as gifts. I shouldn't have worried its all there in the ordering process just be careful to ensure you read all and chose your options correctly.

My phone request to send a magazine subscription to my daughter in law for Christmas was dealt with in a very efficient manner but when l asked how l could let her know about the gift l was told l could purchase a gift card that was almost £2. I did so but when l received the card it was generic and just advertised your company. I rang to complain and was told l should have been informed of this prior to purchasing it. This is disappointing and I'm afraid the card went in the bin.

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry you did not like the card. I think our wires were crossed when we spoke on the telephone. I apologise I did not explain it was not a Daphne's Diary's card. It is something we are trying to obtain from the publisher for our customers. I have refunded the cost of the card back to your card. I hope the subscription is well received when it begins in Jan.
