“My phone request to send a magazine subscription to my daughter in law for Christmas was dealt with in a very efficient manner but when l asked how l could let her know about the gift l was told l could purchase a gift card that was almost £2. I did so but when l received the card it was generic and just advertised your company. I rang to complain and was told l should have been informed of this prior to purchasing it. This is disappointing and I'm afraid the card went in the bin.”
Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry you did not like the card. I think our wires were crossed when we spoke on the telephone. I apologise I did not explain it was not a Daphne's Diary's card. It is something we are trying to obtain from the publisher for our customers. I have refunded the cost of the card back to your card. I hope the subscription is well received when it begins in Jan. “I signed up to a four edition subscription for a Lego magazine for my son. It said it would take four to six weeks to set up, so I also ordered the November edition as I assumed the December edition would have been the first one I would receive from the subscription.
However they were over efficient and I now have two copies of the November edition! Not a huge problem for me as I'll keep one of them and give it to my son when the subscription runs out (he won't mind having the same one again) but it is a bit of a shame that I've spent extra money on something I don't need.”

“Using web site was easy, even for a 70year old, but why is it so expensive to send the magazine? Almost double the price of high street. I cannot comment on delivery, as the first copy has yet to be sent.”
The first issue was posted on 26th November. This should be with you by now - has it arrived yet? The price involves postage. The Royal Mail classes the magazines as a parcel as they are quite bulk. This is why the cost are quite high. I hope the gift is well received. Kind Regards
“Having bought a subscription as a gift recently it would have been good to have been able to write a note to the recipient telling them it was a gift and who it was from etc. I was disappointed having to call them and say 'did you get my gift' and risk spoiling the surprise if it had not yet arrived.
Other than that I have always been very pleased with your customer service.”
