Hi, I am so so sorry to hear this! I can confirm we checked in with suppliers and were informed, issue 08 was not published, hence the gap in your subscription. I can confirm this means, nothing was deducted from your sub for this missing issue and an extra issue will be provided at the end of the subscription. The sept 21 issue is due on the 24th of September and this will be the next issue of your sub, kicking off your renewal. I really hope this is ok and thanks so much for your understanding. Hi, So sorry to hear about this one late delivery! We send your What's On Tv a day before stores get them in, with 1st class postage. Since they are being sent on a Tuesday, they should definitely arrive in time for the Saturday, when listings begin. We are not publishers and so we must pay to get hold of this stock from suppliers and consider any compensations which may need applying.
