“I really wanted a particular magazine without having to subscribe, as it was a single special edition I was after. Unique Magazines were sold out, however I signed up for email notifications and was notified when they had stock availability. I’d never ordered through unique magazine before, but I will definitely use them again. Service was great, magazine came well packaged (went straight into a frame!) and the delivery was super quick. Really impressed and would definitely recommend! Thanks unique magazine!”

We dispatch orders as soon as we receive the magazine into stock. We also dispatch That's life a week before the date stated on the magazine cover and it should arrive in time. I will send you an email so we can get to the bottom of this.

We send this magazine every Tuesday using royal mail 1st class postage which is the fastest possible service available! If the magazine does not arrive by the Saturday in time for listings to begin, I will then ensure we compensate accordingly. We have only sent 2 issues of your sub so far and I was informed of one arriving late so I extended the subscription accordingly to compensate. I am sorry this happened and if it does continue to happen, Please let us know! Although when the magazine leaves us and is in the postal service it is out of our control, We will always compensate when informed of issues. Thanks, Ellie😊
