“Having heard and read about this magazine and the wonderful content for crofters, I was a little disappointed in the contents. For myself, I found it to be of money for what it was. Granted no advertising in it, but very little for papercrafting. Plus, you cannot use the contents for anything but personal use, no copying, so have to cut the magazine up if there is anything you want put in your journals or cards. Not for me.”

You can return this issue, free of cost by scribbling out your address on the label and placing a note on 'Return to sender'. We could then grant you a full refund for the magazine. “I did an internatinal purchase. I know UK has recentrly had its problems, but I really have to say that sending internationally without a tracking number is an invitation to disaster. You may trust your public mailing service, but how about mexican? do you trust them as well? I definitely would have prefered that you would have held my magazines until further notice, instead of just sending them by sea.
I know you simply can not be aware of world mailing service quality, so that's why I'm writing this. You really should consider offer your internatinal costumers options when extraordinary situations happen. Rushing is never the best option. Now I must wish mexican postal service won't lose my package when arrived to a mexican port. I will wait the 12 weeks you said. But, from now, be aware of that that shipping WON'T arrive to me. I know how my country is, and I'm sure that the only safe way for mail to arrive is by entering by Mexico City Airport.”
Hi, I do apologise for any inconvenience caused. Tracking is something we may consider in the future, especially internationally as we are aware these are some distance from the UK and it would be nice to know where your package is. Sea Freight is the only option for us at the moment , unfortunately. “Magazine has arrived too late to be of any use quite often, upon advising you of this fact or that it hadn't turned up at all, one is made to feel like a nuisance as it's not my fault you won't use a superior delivery service.”

Hi, In regards to a card for the recipient, this is something we offer. When you select buying as a gift and the confirmation email is sent, you can choose the option to design and print an e card. This is where you can give this card to the recipient to inform them you have purchased a gift on their behalf. You must check all junk and spam folders in your email for this confirmation. Furthermore, on our site we have a drop down menu for each subscription, to select when you would like this to begin. Hi, the official on sale date for this was the 18th for December 2020, as stated on our website. This was dispatched first class on the 19th of December 2020 and it should take no longer than 6 working days. “I subscribed for a weekly magazine for my parents. Then get email from Unique saying Royal Mail challenges so may be late delivery! Not much use for aged parents wanting to know what is on TV! Unique did pay back the subscription. Don't understand how you can use unreliable distribution for time critical publications.”

We have been in contact with the Royal Mail regarding these unacceptable delays, as we understand the frustration this has caused both us and our customers. Unfortunately, it is hard to avoid these delays due to the pandemic and 100's of staff having to isolate due to Covid-19. Despite this, this delivery time has started to pick up massively and customers have been receiving their Tv Magazines in a normal weekly fashion. “Has usually been a very good delivery service for Whats On Tv magazine once a week. However, we are still waiting for last weeks edition to arrive. So it is now Friday & it will be out of date by the time it arrives, so no use at all & a waste of one weeks subscription money. Should be waiting for the week afters issue now. Would appreciate a small refund or extra free issues in January please.”
Hi Jackie, thank you for your review. I am terribly sorry that this has not arrived. Your subscription will be extended by an issue to compensate for this.
