Still haven’t got my copy of Fighters Only…not due until 15th July

First time using this company, would be nice to know that the magazine I had subscribed to was not going to be available for 3 months

Hi, Thanks for the feedback. I can confirm the price is all worked our via a system, which is checked thoroughly. The cover price is included, along with the weight of the magazine which confirms the postage cost. This particular magazine includes a gift, which increases the cover price and it means the magazine is slightly heavier. In this case, we sent your Art Draw and Create 1st class, as it is a single issue. It is also delivered straight to your door and we compensate wherever possible! I was very disappointed to find that the article about my nephew which should have been in the May/June issue of Lancashire Life wasn’t included.

The opportunity to get Daphnes Diary in the UK has been wonderful, however there have been copies that sadly didn’t make it to me and that was somewhat disappointing. I love this magazine and I would dearly love to renew my subscription but I can’t justify paying a subscription when I don’t receive all the magazines. I have contacted customer services and not really felt satisfied with the response while it was pleasant and courteous it didn’t compensate for the missing magazines offer an explanation so lovely but no prizes there. Again the Magazine is wonderful and I do love it so much I shall really miss it as I have done on a few occasions already

Hi, I am sorry to hear this. It seems that these were being dispatched and it seems they must be gotten lost within the postal services, as they have not been returned to us at any point. I have read previous emails with yourself and the agents and can understand it may not of been the resolution you were hoping for. It is difficult in some cases to find the reason magazines are not arriving, especially after checking the address and having confirmation we are sending from our end at Unique. I have dropped you a personal email to see if there is anything we can do, to ensure that they would be recieved if the magazine is renewed. Reasonably fast delivery, I’m happy with the magazine, but unfortunately the bag it came in wasn’t waterproof so parts of the magazine was damaged...

The service from unique magazines has been excellent. Because of covid 19, I have at times had my mum, who is 93, staying with me so that I could look after her. I had to change the mailing address for the magazine several times and it was always done quickly and efficiently.

I am very upset at the way you have “dumb downed” the main crossword in Bella, it is the main reason I buy the magazine and would not have renewed my subscription if I had known you were going to do this

Since Brexit, my books used to come 4 business days after the email. I am presently waiting 2 books that were shipped March 31. It is not Unique Magazines fault, but their shipping system needs to be better to guarantee we receive goods purchased more efficiently.

Hi, So sorry to hear this. We send our magazine subscription within the UK , 2nd class, via the Royal Mail. After a maximum of 15 days waiting for the magazines, we always compensate for customers through resends or extensions. I have extended your sub by an issue to compensate for issue 78, which means you have one issue left before your renewal will kick in. Hi Maureen, thank you for your review. I apologise that the magazines were not always received on time. As this is a weekly television guide we understand the importance of being on time and in date when received. We apologise this was not always the case. We send all TV mags the same method each week through the Royal Mail and can only assume this is down to local postal delays. I apologise for any inconvenience that was caused however. I renewed my subscription for Sea Breezes through Unique Magazines ,order no.- UMO . On 18th March I received a subscription reminder from Sea Breezes !! I hope they have my renewal by now.

Twice now the magazine has arrived several days late - and this matters when it's a TV magazine. Have had to go out and buy a copy.

Hi, Sorry to hear this. We send out TV magazines 1st class every Tuesday, which is a day earlier than the shops get them in. They should arrive by the Saturday and if not, we will always compensate. Fast delivery with no hanging around - my purchase arrived one day after ordering. Unique also have a great range of magazines and ordeting is simple. Packing is essentially limited to a polythene bag so don't expect any purchases to arrive in mint condition.
