I received the first one and thats it. Always supposed that after the first one will come the others more consecutive and is not happenning. Can you find out for me please?

Hi, I am sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, due to the current circumstances with Brexit, there was a difficulty obtaining lots of European titles into us, including this specific one. This next issue is now due 04.02.2021 and hopefully, all should be sent in a weekly fashion from there. I do hope this is okay and if you require any further assistance, please let us know. You are usally very good. But now I am still waiting on 4 magazines. The 3 first magazines I ordered are allmost a month since.

i look forward to my mag every week but latley it arrives late ive missed half the weeks tv guide by the time it arrived wondering weather its worth it, ill go back to collecting it myself

Convenient to order on line ...didn’t like the increased price though cheaper in shops ! couldn’t get to shops as not essential !

Hi, Thanks for the review. When working out the cost of our single issues and subscriptions, we must consider postage, packaging and the cover price itself. These magazines are packaged thoughtfully and delivered straight to your door, using 1st or 2nd class postage. Having heard and read about this magazine and the wonderful content for crofters, I was a little disappointed in the contents. For myself, I found it to be of money for what it was. Granted no advertising in it, but very little for papercrafting. Plus, you cannot use the contents for anything but personal use, no copying, so have to cut the magazine up if there is anything you want put in your journals or cards. Not for me.

Hi, Thanks for the review. Daphne's Diary is an extremely popular publication but of course, it is not for everyone and we understand that! You can return this issue, free of cost by scribbling out your address on the label and placing a note on 'Return to sender'. We could then grant you a full refund for the magazine. I did an internatinal purchase. I know UK has recentrly had its problems, but I really have to say that sending internationally without a tracking number is an invitation to disaster. You may trust your public mailing service, but how about mexican? do you trust them as well? I definitely would have prefered that you would have held my magazines until further notice, instead of just sending them by sea. I know you simply can not be aware of world mailing service quality, so that's why I'm writing this. You really should consider offer your internatinal costumers options when extraordinary situations happen. Rushing is never the best option. Now I must wish mexican postal service won't lose my package when arrived to a mexican port. I will wait the 12 weeks you said. But, from now, be aware of that that shipping WON'T arrive to me. I know how my country is, and I'm sure that the only safe way for mail to arrive is by entering by Mexico City Airport.

Hi, I do apologise for any inconvenience caused. Tracking is something we may consider in the future, especially internationally as we are aware these are some distance from the UK and it would be nice to know where your package is. Sea Freight is the only option for us at the moment , unfortunately. I appreciate your feedback and if these magazines do not get to you, please let us know so we can ensure you are refunded or more issues are sent out, paid for by ourselves of course. Magazine has arrived too late to be of any use quite often, upon advising you of this fact or that it hadn't turned up at all, one is made to feel like a nuisance as it's not my fault you won't use a superior delivery service.

The subscription service needs an upgrade - send a card to the recipient? Information on the exact date it will start? 2 basics that need looking at.

Hi, In regards to a card for the recipient, this is something we offer. When you select buying as a gift and the confirmation email is sent, you can choose the option to design and print an e card. This is where you can give this card to the recipient to inform them you have purchased a gift on their behalf. You must check all junk and spam folders in your email for this confirmation. Furthermore, on our site we have a drop down menu for each subscription, to select when you would like this to begin. As you have selected start after Christmas, the first issue will be sent on the 31st of December 2020, as this is the first issue after Christmas. I hope this help's! Kind Regards, Ellie Purvis :)

Hi, The royal mail are experiencing major delays at the moment, due to the current pandemic causing staff to isolate and staff with positive cases. Hi, Please let us know what we can do to improve the service. From what I can see, Both of your magazines were sent 1st class, the day after the order was placed, back in late November. Hi, the official on sale date for this was the 18th for December 2020, as stated on our website. This was dispatched first class on the 19th of December 2020 and it should take no longer than 6 working days. I subscribed for a weekly magazine for my parents. Then get email from Unique saying Royal Mail challenges so may be late delivery! Not much use for aged parents wanting to know what is on TV! Unique did pay back the subscription. Don't understand how you can use unreliable distribution for time critical publications.

Hi, Thanks for the review. I do apologise that you experienced this, along with a lot of other customers. We have been in contact with the Royal Mail regarding these unacceptable delays, as we understand the frustration this has caused both us and our customers. Unfortunately, it is hard to avoid these delays due to the pandemic and 100's of staff having to isolate due to Covid-19. Despite this, this delivery time has started to pick up massively and customers have been receiving their Tv Magazines in a normal weekly fashion.
