I can see that you have gotten in touch with us twice and we have responded to advise that the issue you have purchased of the magazine has not yet been released from the publishers/gone on sale so we cannot dispatch the issue to you yet. We are sorry to hear that you had issues with the first delivery from us, it looks like you were sent two issues the same in error and we do apologise for this, I can see that you already spoke with us and we extended your subscription to allow for an extra issue to compensate for the error. The final issue of your subscription is due to be released from the publishers on the 22nd of November and as soon as it's on sale we will post it to you. Sam😊
