“My review of Unique Magazines is poor/acceptable. I have been subscribing to Burda Style with Unique Magazines for some time now. My most recent order was wrong, I received two copies of the March issue, one being the last of six issues and the other the first of six issues. This was eventually sorted it following and phone call. The order before this was also attributed wrongly and when I chased it up I received two copies of the missing edition the second one was the German version. Again a phone call by me was required. I this occurs for a third time, I will be moving my subscription to another organisation. Staff where helpful, apologetic and pleasant on both occasions. Apart from these hiccups, the magazines have been received regularly and in good time. It is also nice to get a reminder when an issue has been posted.”

The January edition never arrived, so I contacted you and was told that one had definitely been sent out, but must have got lost in the post. Address was checked etc. I now find out that February’s magazine has not been delivered, either! I had to ask as my daughter was too embarrassed to tell me. Some Christmas present! What sort of service is this?”
