“It took almost a month to get our phone. I called to complain and they accidentally put a regular shipping label on instead of express. They said they would credit me and never did. They were also going to compensate me in another way and said would call me back within the hour. I, of course, got no phone call back”
“Buying the phone was great. Shipping a little slow. Biggest downfall. Phone had a recall and can not be updated so there for it is useless. Very disappointed. A lot of money wasted for a phone that is not useable.”

“1/14/2020 ordered a phone, website didn't seem like it worked correctly (didn't redirect to the confirmation page), but my credit card was charged. I called and they didn't have a record of my order, so after a few days they refunded my money and I ordered another phone - this time my credit card wasn't charged. When I called they said, "we're having technical difficulties". They put the phone I wanted on hold and said they would call back. Two days later I called and finally got the phone ordered 1/21/2020 The representative (on the phone) said he would rush it and it should arrive by Monday 1/27/2020. Monday came and went and it is now Friday 1/31/2020 and still don't have a phone. I contacted them again and their response was "USPS Parcel Select generally takes longer to deliver to its final destination and I do apologize for the delay. " USPS tracking shows it arriving on 2/3/2020.”
